  If we could have given our sales experience a 0 star review we would. We drove 2 hours to look at a camper that needed a huge amount of repairs, of which we not fully disclosed to begin with, talked it over on the way home as we were rushed out at closing time after being ignored for an hour, and then every communication we had with the dealership post offer added additional fees, when we were quoted an "all in price" initially. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager was insulting and unwilling to hear what we had to say. I will not recommend this organization moving forward. Disgusting!

  They may have lost a sale! We looked at a few campers in the 10.000 dollar range, Went back here to talk money and they acked like we were intruding. We left! The camper we looked at was missing screws,Other stuff was not thereat all, said mechanic didnt put it together all the way. He didnt even walk out to see what we saw!!!We will purchased somewhere else.

  We drove all the way from Tampa to buy an RV here from Berglund Outdoors. They had a good selection & the best price I could find & negotiate ANYWHERE! It was worth the 750 mile (each way) drive to come here. D Everything we discussed over the phone is EXACTLY what we got. The transaction was smooth, easy & was a pleasure. It was our 1st time here, but they made us feel like family. I am thankful for their sales, finance & service dept treating us so well & making our 1st RV purchase such a great experience.

  Berglund's performed the 100 hour service on my Polaris Ranger. Same quality of service as any other dealership. Found puddle of oil on the trailer bed when I got home. Rear axle oil was drained on and into frame, must have dripped from frame on way home. Once I cleaned the oil from the frame, that dealership mechanic should have done, no more problems. Oil is not dripping from a loose plug into my garage floor. As with any other dealership Expensive maintenance shop!
