Service was not superb like the last time. Taylor needs more training on how to wait on ladies. The lady never did introduce herself. Have to time another spot when I come back to Charlotte NC.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all good, which should be expected from any upscale establishment. However, two opportunities for improvement: 1) baseboards along the bottoms of the floor-to-ceiling windows were very dusty 2) wait staff made it seem that salad was included in the price of the entree (it was not).

Made a reservation through Open Table. We had a fantastic view of the city and the baseball stadium. The food and service were spectacular. Worth the money for a special occasion like an anniversary.

Bentleys was everything I had hoped it would be and more. We had the ribeye and the fillet, both cooked to perfection. The she crab soup and dessert or out of this world. The service was amazing. Best view in the Queen City.

I give it a 4 because the food is actually really good but the service was kind of off.. I asked for green beans and they brought spinach I asked for butter and they brought sour cream which I almost puked after I put it on my bread Over all.. Great Views of the city and The hostesses were super nice and friendly.

My name is Ana Young and I own Silvia's Floral Design and we were honored to design Mr. & Mrs Leslie Rahilly's Reception flowers. I also have a daughter that just turned 15 and I can say she, her sister and her friends deserved a great dinner at a great place. Thank you for taking care of our girls and making us feel they were safe as we left them there. Great view of the Queen city. Friendly staff and welcomed atmosphere.

A 10 would be more suitable for the night we had! We had absolutely amazing service and food too! We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary and the entire staff made it extra special for us!

Very cool place and great service and lots to like. We had one issue which was the king crab legs has an herb of some kind on it that radically effects the taste and flavor. I did not care for it at all. They also steam it in a wine and butter which was all good but the strong herb flavor was a show stopper for me. The Bentley salad was great as was the Dover sole. We also had lamb. We were hoping for real chops but they were just the doubled up lolly pop type. They were very good but disappointing for us as we were thinking real chops. The table next to us had steaks and they looked great as well. Desert was real good.

Overall, our recent experience at Bentley's was a disappointment. The view was great and our table was perfectly situated but the pros to our visit ended there. We waited too long for a server to approach our table, too long to order wine, too long to order an appetizer (only to be informed after ordering that they were out of tuna).

The calamari that we ordered instead was fine but closer to what you would find in a bar versus what we expected in a "fine dining" establishment. It was essentially a pile of heavily battered and fried calamari, onion rings and green beans drenched in aioli.

The Mixed Grill was not badbison was overcooked, lamb was a little under and the sauce tasted overwhelmingly of soy (?). The biggest disappointment though in terms of food was the Lobster Pernod. To put it simply, the lobster was totally overcooked and flavorless. So much so that I ate a few bites and just pushed the plate away.

Beyond the food, the service was pitiful. We sat for way too long without attention multiple times, had to move dirty plates to the side since no one cleared them, had to go looking for our wine as our glasses weren't refilled (nor was our sparking water) and ended up overhearing other tables complaining of lack of service as well.

Overall, the food and service at Ruby Tuesday is probably better than Bentley'sskip the $300 tab and just go get a burger instead.

Absolutely phenomenal upscale atmosphere & service. Jacket for men preferred, dresses for ladies. Everything on the menu is superb. Beautiful bar with signature cocktails & extensive wine list. A MUST if in Charlotte!

Go here for the atmosphere--the views of Charlotte are fantastic! It was a really cool dining experience being able to watch the city from high up. The food is good but nothing extraordinary for the price, and they definitely try to upsell you on the after-dinner drinks. All in all a good experience, but you can get just as good food for cheaper elsewhere in Charlotte. Excellent service, as you'd expect for the price.
