The new Benefit brow artist Angelique did an amazing job on my brows. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I had asked. She was helpful showing me which products to get and how to apply it to get the same look at home.

Mimi was amazing. I wish I lived in the area so I can go to her regularly. This was the quickest appointment I ever had but she took the time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect. I definitely recommend going to her!

This was the first time I've been to the Benefit brow bar at Macys and I must say it was great! Mimi did a phenomenal job and really took her time sculpting my eyebrows. I even recommended her to a friend of mine that same day and she did a great job on "giving" her eyebrows! Lol I will definitely go back!!!

the Brow artist thinned my brows to the point of extinction. Then blamed me for not specifying I wanted natural brows.why would the default setting be extra thin. I was so very displeased I refused to pay. -5 stars
