best prices in town, the only other place I could find at these prices was refurbished mattresses from competitor down street! I will always come back here. Thanks for great deal and great bed!

My mother had the exact opposite experience as the other review here (and Mom is one frugal particular customer). She swears that their prices are great and she had a good experience with trying to return (or exchange?) a mattress when something was wrong. She said the lady is wonderful.
I haven't gone here yet, but plan to go buy my daughters first big girl bed this week (I will change my review if I have a bad experience). I still plan to go despite the negative review, because I trust word of mouth from someone I trust more than an UNNAMED review from a disgruntled customer (that what, expected someone from the store to come to her house and install the bed? what century is this? or give her money back for a bed she already has at home??)response / report this review
