The only reason I give it one star is because Google won't let me give zero. These people PREY on the distraught, grieving and mourning. Go in with someone who can stand their ground and the wishes of the family- they told my mother (after losing her husband of 40 years) that "he would want a better (more expensive) funeral service and casket." AND the "included obituary" was mostly an AD for Conklin Funeral Homes in BIG, BOLD letters! They typed up what my mother wanted said about the passing of her husband, they showed it back to her for approval with NOTHING about the funeral home itself. Just terrible.

My family has used the services of Conkle Funeral Homes for years, and I've never had a complaint with how I've been treated. They've always been honest, up front, and have answered every question with compassion and professionalism. I do think the Speedway location has gotten a bit run down and could use a renovation. It still looks nice, but it's a bit dated.
