  We needed major work done, and they came quickly, explained everything to us, addressed all of our concerns, answered all of our questions, and worked hard until the job was done. Everyone we have met from this company has been very polite and friendly and has gone out of their way to make sure we were happy customers.

  If I could give them no stars I would. I call them and told them I wanted my unit cleaned. The man came out and said ya your ac needs to be cleaned and then he kicked a breaker. $78 to tell me that it needed to be cleaned (I told them that) and $28 to flip a breaker the man was sent to my house to CLEAN my unit and nothing else and told me it would be $244 to clean it. That did not get done that day. 3 days later they came back with out letting me know when they where going to be back and told me it was $350 to clean it.

  I called them last year for AC repair. They told me I needed a new unit and for the size of my house it would run me round 6 grand. I had already researched the issue and called someone from GA my family used for repairs (just to validate that they were trying to screw me over) and he told me they were trying to get over on me. This guy even said he had over 30 years of experience (I guess this was supposed make me believe that he wasn't trying to screw me over)..So I called COOKS and they said the same thing. When COOKS came they explained everything. The guy from GLENN JONES didn't. He wanted to but my old unit (but of course my family A.C. repair man from GA told me that more than likely nothing was wrong with my unit and that this company would just fix the minor repairs and sell it for profit). Repairs cost me about $300 vs $6000and my A.C. has been working ever since..☺
  
  About a month ago this company called to see if we needed our A.C. serviced despite us stating that we used Cooks last year to complete our repairs, but of course we declined.

  Was dissapointed in their lack of fairness to issue proper credits for products not provided.
