  Stayed in two of their properties. The Oceanfront Gem and the Beach Paradise. Both great properties. Always a great service. Will continue to stay with them.

  What a great vacation. We are so happy we picked Beach Time Rentals. We come to the area often but usually stay in a hotel. We gave them a chance and we are so happy it worked out so well. We got a great price for a 3 bedroom house. The house was clean and better than the pictures. Our check in person was like a concierge for us, she was so helpful. We will now stay with them for our future trips.

  We had an amazing vacation experience with Beach Time rentals they were very helpful and we stayed at a beautiful beach front house with Stunning views in Belleair Beach,FL The house ended up being much larger than we anticipated. The beach was so private we felt we had it all to ourselves. the water was pristine clear and the pool was as well we never wanted our trip to end. We can't wait to come back.

  What a great experience we had with our beach house. We booked our rental a year in advance and have been counting the days until we arrived. When we arrived we were so happy! Our week was filled with happiness and our kids played in the gulf and the pool every day. Our manager visited us twice and she was very helpful and suggested some extra activities for the kids.

  This trip will be very hard to top. The house was Great we had 3 families staying here and everyone had there space, Beach time rentals sent emails every day on things to do and eat (great help). you know its a good trip when you get home and everyone calls you the next day and says I WANT TO GO BACK!! I agree.. Thank you for a great trip and I am sure we will be back..

  June stay: We rented the Coconut home for 4 adults and 3 children. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. However, you are less than a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The beach that was a short 3 block walk, was beautiful and sparsely populated compared to the beach in front of the hotels. It was awesome having a private pool. The kids loved it. The house was clean and neat and really felt like a home away from home. The staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful. I have already recommended this home to others and would come back in a heart beat!
