Very nice 4 bedroom units and 4 full bathrooms. The balconies are huge and offer amazing views.

First off do not try to drive a big vehicle through the parking lot.. I wasn't confident that I would be able to fit my car without scratching it through there. Also, my parking spot was taken by the security guard after being told my car would be towed if it wasn't located in the right spot. Elevators are horrible!!!! There is only one functioning elevator during our stay! Be prepared to wear your walking shoes especially if you are on the higher up floors. On the bright side our room was very lovely and spacious and clean! Here's to 6 days with one elevator that take 5 minutes to get to the floor :)

The condo was awesome. Spacious and very clean. Nice views from the 21st floor. Close to everything. The only downside is that there is not a lot of parking space. Especially if you have a bigger truck or SUV. All in all though, a great experience. Would stay again.

There is way too much road construction going on. Parking is kind of a pain. Garage is very tight and small. If you have anymore than 1 car you have to park in a lot across the street. The condo itself is extremely nice with some fantastic views.

I am not rating our condo unit, 1401. It was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and I would rent it again, if it was somewhere else. The Ocean Ritz was the worst complex we have ever stayed in. The parking is awful for as large of a place as it is, if you have more than one carload coming to the unit. 2 elevators operate the entire place and one or the other broke so often, both seemed like they were rarely operating at the same time. Nothing else seems very well kept up. It's a tired looking property. Nothing about the pool area is inviting.I read it was a large pool, which is totally not true. Maintenance crew is sparce, In 6 days someone was in the office once, that we saw. The exercise room, is totally uninviting. Bring your own wipes, nothing exists, or just don't bother. There is a water cooler, but, it never had water in it. The overall look of the place just says they don't care. Again, the condo unit was great, I'm just disappointed we won't take advantage of using it again.

Great beach access and close to shops and restaurants but room was very dated. Appliances did not match. Dirty old bedding, furniture stained. Bath tub not clean. Who ever does the cleaning need to be fired. Parking is difficult. Tv's are very old. Only one flat screen. The other four are from the dark ages. I can go on and on but needless to say I will not stay here again.

Horrible management. They are rude, unhelpful, and all around useless. They do not answer the phone when you call them for help or simple info. Their after hours security doesn't answer the phone, even went straight to voicemail. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice 4 bedroom condo. Great view from 22nd floor. Expected worse elevators, but weren't too bad. Narrow passageway in the garage.

This place is terrible if you have trouble getting there. My husband and 2 other guys was headed there on a week long motorcycle trip. A 18 wheeler pulled out on one of the guys and he crashed. He laid in the hospital for a week due to surgery and damage to both legs. We called to let them know what had happened and told them we could get the hospital to send some info saying that yes he was involved in a wreck and could not make it due to injuries. Also we ask if they could not give us our money back if they could post pone for a later time. They told us no they could not do anything about it. We will be letting everyone know not to schedule with this condo that they have no consideration for anyone. You just lost some business not from just use also friends we know. Thanks for taking our 900.00 for nothing.
