We own a condo here and love it! Quiet with great amenities. We have two pools and two hot tubs, along with a nice fitness center. Nice layout of the condos with four different floor plans. Some are owner occupied; some are short term rentals; some are vacation homes. The building is well managed and maintained. Parking is off street but there is a fee for guests. The parking lot is connected by a skyway. Great for visiting year round!

Perfect view of the beach. Easy access parking. Heated pool and hot tub AND outdoor pool. Close to just about any restaurant or store. No complaints from me. Overall great experience.

My husband and I have stayed at the Celadon 4 other times over the last 5 years, and this is the first time I have felt the need to give a negative review. Unit 1804 is so outdated! The furniture is old and uncomfortable (both couches are so old, you sink so low into them you can barely stand back up!), and the mattress in the bedroom is old and lumpy. Even the bedspread looks frumpy. For the price, I am disappointed. The kitchen has the bare necessities, and the side table outside is falling apart, do we didn't dare put anything on top of it. The entire condo needs some pizazz, because we will not recommend it, or stay in it again. We love the Celadonjust not #1804.

Absolutely beautiful. Right on the beach. Two pools, gym. Beach chairs provided for guests. Walking distance to many shops, etc. Fully functionable kitchen. It was just perfect.

Needs improvements ASAP. One of the hot tubs doesn't work. Lighting in cross way/ crossover from parking lot to condos is very dim at night. Hottubes need updating. Needs more elevators. ONLY 3 Elevators. House cleaning needs to clean better. Mold in condo 309. Cable company needs to rewire cable boxes in 309. I would recommend the matt near the beach/rinsing area you rinse the sand off your body needs to be a different color black is too hot during parts of the day even in late September. All fees need to be upfront when paying especially the $10/parking pass per car. Could be a five star if improvements are made ASAP.

Great Location with very nice facilities (Pools) At the far West end of Panama City Beach, convenient for a trip to Destin or a nice drive up 30A Rooms are nice with most are well outfitted The Staff is very helpful and always available Another of the better places in PCB to stay!

The location is perfect! Right on the beach and only three stairs from the bottom floor to the sand. Great view. Lots of nearby attractions and eateries. I would definitely stay here again. The mattress in the master bedroom is a bit too firm, so an optional pillow topper would've been nice, but other than that, no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our condo easily accommodated 7 people. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our group. The washer and dryer in our condo was very helpful and convenient. The 2 full bathrooms suited our needs and we never ran out of hot water. The ocean and beach veiws were very beautiful from the balcony. Access to the beach was very easy. The pool was nice. They offer beach chair service for $25 per day (you get 2 wooden chaises and an umbrella) although we didn't use it because it was easy to carry our own chairs down and we would have required 3-4 of these rentals for 7 people. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because the lady in the lobby was very rude every time we attempted to ask her a question and the condo could have been cleaner when we arrived. There was a lot of dust on things and the toilets had black streaks inside the bowls that we easily scrubbed off. I will add that the property management company we dealt with told us that they had just started managing this property so they may not have had a chance to clean it before us. We would definitely stay here again!

Does anyone notice that the only bad reviews for this location were from people who had security or staff members called on them because of inappropriate behavior? That says a lot for the resort. It's a Family Environment for those looking for a great vacation, not for those looking to be disruptive.
As with any condominium complex where units are owned by individuals, issues like decor or even cleanliness vary from unit to unit. Ask when it was last updated or remodeled before booking. There are 193 different units in this building, ask to see pictures of the exact unit you are going to be staying in before you book. This goes for ANY vacation property on the beach. When reviewing list the unit number you stayed in so others know how each unit fares. Have Fun!response / report this review -

The views are the most amazing I've seen! From the 10th floor, you can see the beautiful white-sand beaches, the crystal clear water and more. Great, great views!

Great rental condo on the 16 floor with everything you need and beautiful views. Much quieter and less crowded than in the main city. Bit pricey in peak season but worth the short drive just outside PC

My family of six drove from Indiana to spend Christmas 2016 in PCB. Celadon Beach Resort was absolutely perfect for us! The condo was up to date and very clean. The view was breathtaking! It was our first time in PCB, but we will definitely return.
