Very good place to stay for vacation if you can get a decent rental, most are updated but the one I stayed in, D 33 off Pelican, was just a pit. Needing paint, updating and didn't even have an A/C filter in place. Some crazy old lady owns it and daughter lives out of state

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. We had a 1 br and would have stayed if we had gotten a bigger place. The amneties a ample and in good condition. Most if our neighbors or vacationers were families and very friendly. We never saw a dog park and the trash was a bit of a walk for the buildings closer to front beach but all in all, it is a fun place to stay. Obviously, your experience may differ deonding on the owner of the unit.

Depending on who you rent from don't go to 33D, very bad management & Frankly isn't worth it. Needs remodeled, didn't even have an A/C filter in it. Stairs are weak, bedroom had dog stained carpet & smelled bad.

Definitely not worth the money. Place is dirty looks like it's run down and No money put back into the place. They make u use these wristbands you have to buy to use pool and stuff!! Definitely not a very personable place either won't stay here ever again

I was only a visitor. However, the grounds seem to be kept fairly nice. My only complaint, is the building and townhouse numbers where very confusing.

A large clean community with lots of games outside like putt-putt tennis horse ext. Excellent laundry facility and such for that at home feel and ease.

We have stayed here before in a different unit and was very happy. This time not so much. The unit we are in now was very dirty when we arrived. The worst complaint would be that there was some rotting food in the kitchen sink disposal that had an incredible stench and swarms of flies in the sink around the drain. The disposal was stuck which made clearing the mess more difficult. It was one AM so no one to call at that time. The entry way light was burned out so we had to gain entry in darkness and dropped one of our laptops in the process. I had to take a bulb from a lamp in the living room to get the light in the outside hallway to work so we could see to unload the car. The furniture is very dirty and stained. Very thick layer of dust on the tv DVD and dresser in master bedroom. Guest bathroom vent completely blocked with dust. All in all the location and layout of the condo is nice. All of these problems seem to be from a poorly performing cleaning or maintenance service and lack of follow up by the owners.

I had a great time with my family there. The location is what gave it it's best rank in my opinion. The pools were nice and clean. The building we stayed in had a horrible AC system. The maintenance is horrible around the place. I could plainly see that there was no experienced carpenter ever around . There was a lot of Jack leg fixes. Given the fact that each building is owned and maintained by each individual owner the other places on the resort may be nicer. So choose wisely and have a great time!
