Completely remodeled and under new ownership.
The mussels were outstanding (I found using a spoon is easier than a fork for this dish).
Dessert lovely, the ice cream topper delicious.
This is a bit more upscale, so plan accordingly

Amazing food! The best strip I have ever eaten. The waiter did an excellent job of matching wines with our preferences. It is expensive but worth every penny.

This is a wonderful place if you're looking for somewhere special. The atmosphere is dimly lit, cozy and intimate. The food was great and so was the service. The wine list is extensive. This is not the place for a quick bite or for a large noisy group, but perfect if you want to make a date memorable.

I hope the Chefs and staff at Cuvee read this very fair review and make some serious changes! Our meal started out with being served mussels that were on there way out - NOT good at all. We told the waiter but nothing was done about it. The 14 other entrees we ordered had no flavor. It's over priced, over cooked and under seasoned. The poppy seed cake with fresh fruit was good, Food was presented well and it has a nice ambiance but if you're a foodies looking for decent tasting food this restaurant is not for you!!

Was visiting from Ohio and took my wife there for dinner. Excellent service. Very attentive owner along with the whole staff. Professional, with a fresh, young vibe.
They treated my wife for her birthday on a classy way too.
The menu is interesting and the highest quality. Steak was prepared like I never had it before.
All around 5 star.
It's great to see young entrepreneurs providing such quality.
I wish the owners the best of luck and lots of success.

Very well designed and maintained, upscale wine bar and restaurant. Very compact menu for food but excellent overall choices for dinner. And of course the wine. 8 pages of by the glass or by the bottle. Seating is kinda tight and reservations are a must. Extremely well prepared and knowledgeable staff. Atmosphere was great with lots of well dressed men and women enjoying wine. Food was prompt, hot, and awesome. This place came highly recommended and we defineently look forward to coming back soon.

We go there every time we are in Destin. Never had a bad experience. Food is creative and delicious! Can't wait to go back and have the pork belly and scallops!! Best happy hour in Destin too!

Local review: Dined here numerous times. One of the best food and service for your money in Destin. The Chef elevates dishes outside the typical fried foods found in most Destin restaurants. Destin offers little culinary creativity, this is one of the restaurants that stands out from the ordinarily.

The restaurant lied about their prices and the service is horrible and the prices are astronomicalNever go to this place if you want honest and appropriate service. The staff is VERY dishonest and charge for things you do not eat. Please caution.

My husband and I are from Destin and have been coming to cuvée for years, we love the space junkies that play and Tim's food is amazing. Unfortunately we won't be comin their anymore due to an extremely rude (younger) women manager! We came for happy hour already knowing what we wanted and our server even explained to us how it's still on happy hour prices. Well at this time when we ordered it was 20minutes until 9pm, our server did appear busy but still didn't expect her to take 20minutes to ring our order up. Needless to say when we got the bill it wasn't happy hour prices and of course we were upset, we would've ordered of the normal menu if we knew this was going to happen. Well it got even worse when we spoke to the manager she said "why didn't you come earlier?" "Maybe you should think about coming earlier!" Well we did come earlier enough for the server to speak about the happy hour menu. She was very snooty and believed your server didn't take that long to ring in the items. It really wasn't about the money, we would've paid the bill no problem, it was how the manager addressed the issue and acted upon it. She even followed us out, this time apologizing but also reminding us to come earlier. We won't be spending any more of our time and money to a place that doesn't listen to or believe their customers!
