Great overall experience. Friendly front desk person, spacious room, comfortable bed and a quiet stay. Only issues with this hotel was the snow removal company didn't leave much room to park and they are clearly undergoing renovations with some of the material in the stairwell. I would stay here again if needed.

I find this Place like my house every time that I go to Michigan and I Usually go Once or twice in the month For almost 20 years I always Stay And this excellent place Excellent people working there People Who Works there are excellent And everything is close So long as I go to Michigan I will never change this please

HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE! ACCIDENTALLY LOCKED KEYS IN THE CAR WHILE PACKING OUT - NOTIFIED THE FRONT DESK THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE IN 2O MINUTES (30 MINUTES AFTER CHECK OUT TIME) WHILE I WAS IN THE BATHROOM THE MANAGER LET HER SELF IN MY ROOM YELLING AT ME THRU THE BATHROOM DOOR THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE AND IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM WE WERE WAITING FOR A ROW TRUCK AND SHE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE IF WE DIDN'T LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT - WE ARE NOT YOUNG, IN OUR 40'S AND THAT SHOULDN'T MATTER ANYWAY! JUST COMPLETELY AMAZED THAT THIS LADY THOUGHT SHE WAS JUSTIFIED DOING THIS! NOT TO MENTION I WAS CHANGING MY SHIRT DUE TO GETTING DIRT ON MINE FROM TRYING TO GET IN MY CAR WITH A HANGER!

Okay the staff are really helpful but half of the hotel smells like weed!! We arrived around 3am they put us in a room that was too cold and the heat wasn’t working! We complained about that then they moved us to a different room, not even 4 hours after then we woke up on drilling on the walls and floors from the room above us I called and complained about it they told me you shouldn’t stay in that room. Okay we will move then went to take a shower!! I saw an old soap in the bathroom from the previous guest! Spider on the top above the shower, hair on the floor. We use to stay there a lot but no more I rather pay more and be happy for my entire stay.

The conference room was well-suited for a 14 person workshop. There was adequate parking. The staff was helpful about providing needed supplies.

The hotel is located a little bit after 14 mile on van Dyke. It is a well lit area that is heavily patrolled by warren police to ensure safety. The rooms are very clean and staff is very polite.

The rooms are older, but not rundown. Staff was extremely helpful. We ordered tickets for the Detroit zoo through the front desk, which included a discount from the hotel. Quiet environment and the pool area was well maintained. Cannot emphasize enough how great the staff here is!

At first i thought is wasn't going to be good. I was wrong. Great price. Great staff. Great service. I needed time to get off work to pay and the people at the front desk were like not a problem pay us when u get here. Who does that. Don't judge a book by its cover. Whatever they lack in updates they more then make up in service. Tom Franz

NEVER STAY HERE. EWW. Just Got a king Jacuzzi room tonight. Tables are sticky. Counter has burns and carpet is torn. Door has patches on them from previous holes. Picture in living room has been removed/stolen off of the wall. The lock is broke and door will not lock from the inside. overall i am absolutely disgusted by the Jacuzzi It was filthy. I wet a towel and ran it across the wall of the seat in the tub and it was BLACK. When i took it to the counter i was then given the only other king Jacuzzi room they have. Instantly i checked the tub, and sure enough it was FILTHY. I then demanded a refund. After sitting in lobby waiting for a manager to arrive who i was told will not be here for at least 3 hours. And btw Did not show up on time. Huge inconvenience. the manager finally gives us our money back. acts immature and started talking smack to us as we were walking out. Pathetic broke ass nasty hotel. NEVER STAY HERE!

Room is clean but pretty average. What really brings the score down was the lack of items for breakfast. Pretty typical selection, however all the hot items were empty and didn't look like they were refilling them. Had to go elsewhere to eat.

I simply needed a quick place to stay. I checked in after midnight and left after 9am. Bed was comfortable. Nice hot water pressure and decent breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave was included as well (did unplug the fridge due to noise). It is in need of a renvo but I don't mind as long as the room is properly cleaned. I did not like the 2-3" gap at the bottom of the room door which me allowed me to hear EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that passed by my room door. If you stay here I strongly recommend for you to bring ear plugs. For the price point I would have no problem staying here again.

Warm, indoor pool large enough for lap swimming. Whirlpool. Koi pond. Fireplace. Business center. Nice fitness room. Large breakfast area with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, breads, pastries. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Clean rooms, sort of dated, but I never like paying extra for "modern decor" anyway. This will be my "go-to" hotel for the Detroit area.
