Fairly comfortable but dated. Clean rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The biggest complaint I have is that the gym is at the Kensington hotel next door and you have to walk outside to get over there. Slightly below average HIE experience.

We always stay at Holiday Inn’s and they never disappoint. We had a problem at a neighboring hotel which we had to check out of and I should of known better to book the Holiday Inn first of all. We wanted to try something new. Well new was horrible. So I called Holiday Inn and spoke with Chris. He was friendly kind and helpful. We explained what happen on our trip and he made us feel so warm and at home. The hotel is a little outdated as far as the rooms go but had the comfortable Holiday Inn feel. Love the beds pillows the breakfast. Thank you Chris for taking such good care of us so we could enjoy the rest of our getaway.

Excellent room layout& view. Across street from trendy mall& restaurants, with easy access to highway. Room had a couple remnants from previous tenants but nothing couldn't handle with a couple antiseptic wipes. Fridge& micro in good working order. Would stay here again.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean even during one of the busiest weekend with the Michigan/ Michigan State football game. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Room was very clean and bed comfortable with lots of pillows that was nice. Breakfast was the usual stuff it got us out the door. Good location to downtown Ann arbor for shopping and Michigan theater for concert. Nice friendly staff

Stayed here as an overnight guest on business. Rooms were very clean however be aware this is close to the highway so depending on your rooms location you may have some traffic noise, nothing terrible though. Breakfast was I believe a typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast - hot sausage, eggs, pancakes, milk, juice, etc and was good overall. I believe the gentleman that checked is in was Chris, he was super friendly and you could tell enjoyed his job. Would stay at again if I was in Ann Arbor in the future.

Very kind staff. Rooms are clean and bathroom was very spacious. There is a nice pool and hot tub! The hotel next door, a sister business, has an upscale restaurant. Our room had a keurig as well as HBO for movies. Huge fan of holiday inn, would stay again. The bed was incredibly comfortable!

The staff here is phenomenal! They have great customer service and made me feel so welcome in my week stay. My group was staying for work and would often have long days. Regardless of the time, the staff greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm. I could not say enough good things about this location.

The room was decent, though lacking a fridge. Beds were comfortable. The temperature was hard to get stable. Had housekeeping try to enter the room at 930 in the morning, which was annoying after having been out late celebrating a friend's wedding. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly noteworthy.

Junior king suite was amenable, everything seemed pretty clean. One wall had some rough patchwork from a previous guest's rambunctious actions. The stay would have been comfortable enough if it weren't for the teenagers hanging out in the hall at 3:45am. Fortunately, the staff took care of it quickly when we had to call the front desk.

Great staff. Nice hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite instead of our double bed standard room that we reserved with our rewards points. The upgrade was complimentary. When we checked in the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
