Very attentive staff and great atmosphere. The golf course is very challenging but still playable for the average golfer.

Our group of four had a golf lesson with Tom Garner on our recent trip to Bayhill . I would highly recommend taking a lesson from Tom;not only was he very helpful and spot on with his instruction but he also went way beyond the two hours we scheduled. He is good at his job and truly loves what he does and it shows!

We just got back from Bay Hill last night. Having booked many months ahead, it was on our bucket list and I wanted to surprise my friend for his 50th Birthday. From the time we arrived we felt so welcome..so part of a family. You are surrounded with the quaint lodge, the warm decor and the most hospitable staff, with one of the most incredible golf courses to be played. To Mr. Palmer's Family, I would like for you to know that we felt his presence out there with us. We kept playing round after round (6) in 4 days, and if we could havewe would have played more. We kept the TV on in the evening the whole time on "Arnie's" Storyloop after loop. What an Incredible human being, and we had the privilege to stay and play. We sincerely took it all in. Stopped and reflected at what Mr. Palmer saw so many years ago. We ended our stay with an afternoon reply round finishing up on 18 at sunset.

Did a stay and play with my father-in-law. It was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. Golf and practice facilities are outstanding to say the least. Every staff member that we met (at the lodge, the breakfast buffet, the members lounge, the golf facilities) were extremely nice and made you feel very welcome. I really was only interested in playing the course when I made the reservation but after experiencing the convenience and nostalgia of the lodge I highly recommend paying for the stay in order to play.
While your there do yourself a favor and have an evening Arnold Palmer in the members lounge.response / report this review -

It is a cozy place to rest your head. It has a relaxing, quaint atmosphere. The beds make a lot of noises when you move in them. The bed frames were sort of old.

Stunningly beautiful property, that is strategically located near popular attractions. Without the inconveniences. A great spot to have a wedding and create life long memories.

Property was clean and well kept, rooms were also very clean, beds were super comfy! Loved having a back porch area that overlooked the golf course as well as how quiet and secluded the property was! All staff members we encountered were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Front desk was kind enough to print out an important document for me as well as except a package delivery! The only thing that would have made it better was providing an iron/ironing board and mini fridge.

Bay Hill is great Tennis getaway, not just golf! We stayed at Bay Hill for the tennis, not the golf! Fantastic hospitality by the Club Tennis pros Zack and Deb. They were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kept the facilities in great order! Obviously, a world-class golf course is attached. My Wife and I were extremely sad to leave. The Olympic pool and spa was fantastic as well. The golf course view from our room was amazing, just beautiful!

Old school luxury. Summer is off season for golf so rooms are more reasonable. Great rissotto, watch out for the dress code they are serious.

Lovely grounds, beautiful area. Friendly staff. Room was a little dated and had a musty smell. Everything was clean. Nice restaurant. Overall a nice stay but nothing special.

The lodge was beautiful and relaxing. The food in the restaurants was fantastic, and the facilities were extremely well maintained. The staff was very friendly. I had a great time!

I have to give this hotel 5 stars. Staffs are supper friendly. Food are amazing and very good price and they also have such a cute sauce jars and not only that their shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion are the best one that I have ever had. Even 5 stars hotel don't have these. Totally recommended.
