My husband took our car in for engine noise and it turns out that there is a spark plug loose. We never touched the spark plugs on our car. Only dealership that did was no other than Baumann Chevrolet. My husband was charged over $80 to tighten a spark plug. This dealership replaced a spark plug when a coil pack went bad sometime ago. If they were properly torqued then this wouldn't have happened.

Bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox with 69,000 miles. By 75,000 miles it needed a new transmission, engine, front wheel hub, lumbar. They have cussed me out, and have avoided my calls. Service department is friendly, but also didn't properly fix my vehicle when I took it in for the lumbar. I have platinum warranty, and they didn't replace my warranted item until the third trip. I'll never think about buying another vehicle from these guys. They also failed to give me proper history of the vehicle at the time of purchase.

Never again take a vehicle there for service, took for oil change tire rotation and yep they forgot to check the pressure the last time I was there they lied right to my face and if anyone wants to hear the conversation I'd be glad to share it

Before purchasing my new 2015 Chevy Sonic I had experienced Baumann's excellent service department. And from that experience I was able to make the tough decision to trade in the lemon I had on the brand new beautiful 2015 Chevy Sonic. Jason Wickham my salesman was heaven sent. I gave him my financial parameters and he was understanding and worked within them. The transaction was quick and everyone was not only helpful but very supportive. It was a real pleasure working with Baumann Chevrolet, and I look forward to continuing being a customer of theirs for a very long time. And will continue praise them to others.

My Silverado had a recall on it and it needed an oil change, The folks at Baumann picked it up at work, did the appropriate services and returned it to me in a timely fashion. I don't think that service can get any better that that!

I drove a considerable distance to check out a used vehicle at Baumann and ended up buying it. My salesperson Karen spent a long time with me. She was knowledgeable, very personable and not at all pushy, which I really appreciated. Overall great buying experience at Baumann.
