Great variety of vanities!! The guy that help us(don’t remember name), was really knowledgeable of the products and went above and beyond to give us the best price. As soon as we enter the store he greeted us, and help us with our needs. Store smells amazing!!! Very satisfied with the attention.

Amazing service and good quality products. The moment I entered the showroom every staff greeted even they were with other customer. I looked around and waited patiently and Hilda helped me promptly and explained me the product that I was looking for in details. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Another amazing experience was picking up from Warehouse. The owner personally overlooks delivery and without waiting I picked my order. I would definitely go back again and recommend everyone I know

I bought with of two bathrooms hardware from them . At the delivery the man opened the boxes but not the plastic wrap for the mirrors . Today I opened the box removed the plastic from mirror and found out that there is crack from corner . I contacted them and said since this was delivered two month ago and I should have checked it ?? I opened it two month ago and the reason was the bathroom
renovation took more than expected .so they refused to return it and they only offered me discount for new one . On the other side the bathroom vanity are the worse when it comes to craftsmanship and the only way to find out is when you install it .I don't recommend them

Bought a shower set from the guys at bath trends. So happy with purchase. I dealt with Celsso, what a great guy to deal with, so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Made my decision to purchase so easy. I have recommended people to bath trends and customer service is amazing, many other stores should take a leaf from their book. So happy with my first purchase I have just returned to buy a new vanity set in which I dealt with Sandra and she was also amazing,friendly and knowledgeable on products. All staff in store are great. 5 star customer service.

I went to the bath trends in doral and was helped by Sandra. She was very helpful and informative. We found everything we were looking for and highly recommend this location. Also - Michelle at the outlet across the street was very honest and helpful. Beatrice also is amazing! All three girls are great!

We were looking for a freestanding bathtub, and came across this business. They had a small selection of freestanding bathtubs; Unfortunately you are not allowed to sit in them to test the comfort/size. That basically negates the whole reason of coming to an actual store versus purchasing online. It seems that they sell the floor models at their outlet when they are done with them in the main store. I'm guessing that's why you aren't allowed to sit inside the bathtubs. If you are trying to find the perfect bathtub, and are like most people who want to get a real feel for their tub, I wouldn't recommend this store.

We were very pleased with our experience at Bath Trends Miami. We visited looking for a new vanity for our bathroom and the options available were very good. Great designs and variety. The best part was the service. Friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Taimi really looked after our needs. We will come back for sure and we would like to recommend it for any need that you have in your home.

Great experience. The staff (Taimi) is patient and very knowledgeable about products. The delivery was on time and the delivery people opened all the boxes to ensure that all items were accounted for and in perfect condition. However, when the products were missing and/or parts or parts we broken. The service change and the attitude of the staff was less than cordial.
