Waste of time trying to do some Christmas shopping. A lot of the items are all lockdown so you need an associate to even look at them. No Associates to be seen. Almost everything else had no price marked on it.
The Barnes & Noble is very nice, but the Starbucks is absolutely atrocious. It doesn't deserve to be part of Starbucks family: none of the speciality drinks, doesn't take Starbucks cards. Not worth the hassle unless you are a student there.
Great experience, the Rowan campus gets to enjoy the most beautiful Barnes and Nobel I have seen. Staff was extremely helpful too.
This place is a good hangout spot. They have good food, great service and good free WiFi. However, they should try being open 24/7. By the way, they don't sell TY beanie boos.
I love bookstores. They are few and far between now though. Love visiting this store when we are in Glassboro! Great store!
The online book store service desk is a joke. No one wants to be there and they are not helpful what so ever. They canceled my order twice, both times no communication that they were cancelling it. When I asked why they didn't, I got a shoulder shrug and said "the email's automatic and you didn't respond" So you couldn't call me? With my number on file??? Horrible customer service. They're only in business because college students get most of their books there because it's convenient.
More a Rowan book store than a B&N. coffee here at the Starbucks is ok, not the standard high quality stuff, and not everything is offered. That said, the atmosphere here is nice due to big tall windows creating a spacious yet cozy feel.
Rowan University own school book store renting books and ebooks and providing students them with all their academic needs
Cool place, has a crazy variety if your into books
Really nice Barnes & Nobles. It's big with a huge cafe. Tons of books upstairs and downstairs. A lot of Rowan swag.
Delish pineapple smoothie. Staff at the cafe are awesome I was 4th in line amd thoroughly enjoyed waiting my turn as I watched the awesome customer service they provided each customer.
Stopped in for the first time and was surprised to see it wasn't just the RU bookstore, but also had a nice selection of kids' books and more. Cafe area has plenty of seating and the staff was great. Will definitely be back with the family.
Nice for students, but not for others. They do not honor B&N coupons and member cards. I was told to go to another store to use my member card and coupons because they are "a college bookstore" and not a regular B&N store.
It is a nice store, selection limited to what students would need. Would like to see them consider nearby residents, and to honor B&N memberships.
