I do like to look around and to read, and to check neat stuff. I do like to buy books 📚 and stuff. And I do like to get some drink and some food. Anyway is this place looks kinda relax and is kinda quite.
Filled by perpetual silence except on occasions when customer's brewing creativity leads them beyond the doors to the infinite space where the antiquity of knowledge lives.
Well organized and well stocked but the employees there are either invisible or really rude reading a magazine and they constantly have to stare at you making you feel uncomfortable one of the managers looks like someone that comes out of a horror film most employees will ignore helping you out when your lost if you worked a long day at work on very little sleep try not to doze off because they will inform security and they are worse was a very friendly store till new management came through and ruined it
Really nice salesperson approached me and showed me the section of books I was looking for. No pressure. Love it.
Great layout and great selection. They had classics on sale for $5 a piece which is great for people wanting to dive into some truly great novels. Helpful staff and a great kids selection.
This store is in the Happy Valley shopping center, & it's across the street from the Noterra shopping center, too. This store is very large w/ a Starbucks authorized cafe inside too - drinks, sweets, & savories, for a great price. $25 annually gets you 10% off discount card, to use in store & cafe. The staff are always very nice & the atmosphere is great, laid back, & happy, plus during hella hot summer, the AC works GREAT!!!
There's books & sections for all, including magazines, music/movies, & a kid's section. There's 2 drinking fountains in the back by the restrooms; they're clean & produce clean cold water. The female potty is the only issue I come across like, 90% of every visit - it smells like perfumed sewage & usually the trash is overflowing w/ used paper towels.
Today (23JUN17) however, the smell was better & the restroom was a ton cleaner!! It's nearly 2pm. *****To the STORE - I would recommend installing those cool Dyson hand drying systems, to cut down on paper towel waste & messy floors.
Pros: Never crowded, even during lunch time. Friendly and expedient staff. Quiet.
Con: used to be device-friendly before they removed the outlets. WiFi is ok.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great atmophere! Very clean.
I really like this store; very wide selection and nice staff. Please bring back Amber and Rob. Enjoyed their music and song.
Really like this store! I stop in at least once a week to buy a book and grab a coffee. Very clean, quiet and friendly!
This place for a book lover is just perfect. Great selection of books, although it can get overwhelming. The Starbucks cafe inside is a great addition, so you can stay long and read your new books. As a note, the Starbucks inside is manage by Barnes & Noble, meaning that if you have a Starbucks Rewards card, it will not work here.
I am glad I stopped by with my nephew to buy book he was looking for his class project. Staff was very polite and helpful with locating the book we were looking for. Place was neat and clean. Very nice.
