Just purchased a new 2018 GMC Sierra from Mandy at Barker GMC in Bloomington. Great buying experience, good pricing, no hard sell on accessories, extended warranties, or anything else. Great people to deal with!

My wife and I came in with the hopes of trading in an old vehicle and upgrading to a 2015 Chevy Equinox. The experience we had at Barker Motors and with Jon Reed was awesome from start to finish. Jon didn't try to push us into making a deal. We simply told him where we want to be financially and he gave us some options. We really appreciated having some actual estimated numbers to work with.
Once we decided to make the purchase, Jon was more than accommodating. He got the car to the dealership within 24 hours so we could check it out. There were a couple things under warranty that needed to be fixed and the service dept. had the parts there within a week. I dropped the car off at 7:30am on my way to work, they gave me a ride to work, and it was ready for pickup at 3:30pm.
All in all, less than two weeks after purchase and everything they said they'd do for us, they did. We couldn't be happier with the purchase, service, and price. Kudos to Jon, the Service Dept., and Barker Motors for making this process a pleasurable experience. Would recommend and will be back when we need to upgrade again!

The team at Barker worked hard to get me the truck I wanted at a very good price. Curt and Matt were easy to work with and no pressure. I would recommend Barker to anyone wanting a GMC at a good price and easy to work with people. Great Job

Thought I was going to have a problem but as usual Barker Motors was able to help me out and was more accommodating than any dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you John Reed for all your help and assistance. This is what makes the hour and a half drive worth it. None can compare.

This was, by far, bar none the single best car dealership experience I've ever had! Jon and those who worked with Jon on my purchase, were friendly, professional and informative. They made sure I had everything I could possibly need before letting me drive off the lot today. Jon knew what kind of car I needed within minutes of listening to what I wanted in a vehicle to suit my health needs. The vehicle is perfect and was immaculate. Jon took the time to help me set up my GMC app and OnStar trial. He took the time to explain all of the Terrain's many features and even took my first photo with my new car! Jon and the gentleman that helped me with my paperwork ensured that I understood everything and all of my options. I will highly recommend both the dealership and Jon Reed to everyone I know. I never felt rushed during the entire experience. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me during this experience. I look forward to continuing business with Barker in the future.

They don't honor the Shop-click-Drive offer. Offered me $3000 less than the deal on THEIR website. My trade was above average and they wouldn't even give rough trade.

Excellent service after the sale! Sean sold us our second car with minimal hassle. Had a couple issues and he was on it. Service is fantastic. Brought them a service bulletin with my issue and they jumped on it. Done in 2 days, even with parts on order. And It's done right! We now take our other car (different brand) in for tires, etc here since we can trust them. Met the owner and he knows his business and how to treat customers. You won't be disappointed! We text Sean what's going on and he takes care of us. Other dealers should take note.

After 9 cars and SUV's purchased and serviced at this dealership I can highly recommend the dealership. Working with Dick Meads and the rest of the staff has always been a pleasure. I drive 60+ miles for sales and service. If Dick doesn't have the particular vehicle that I want, he finds it and lets me know when it is there for us to look at.
When I take a car for service, regardless of what the issue is, it is fixed in the first service visit. I am always offered a loaner vehicle equal to or better than what i bring in for service.This does not happen at other dealerships when I have had an emergency and not able to get to Bloomington.
Great staff, dealership, service and cars. I recommend this dealership to everyone that I come in contact with who are looking for a new or used car
