I've gone too many restaurants ranging from Epiphanies all the way to hole in wall types for many years, and I have not had a lobster bisque as good as I did today in a very long time. I also had a sandwich with a jalapeno raspberry jam I believe. This place is amazing and relatively inexpensive. Will be going back!!!!

Sandwiches, soups, baked goods are all fantastic. My favorite place to eat lunch downtown, hands down, maybe in all of BloNo.

Amazing food! Best lobster bisque soup I have had. Would be 5 star if you could order and pay on line and pick up food instead of waiting in the loooooong line at lunch.

Amazing sandwiches, soups, and bakery treats. I've never been disappointed! Plus they hang and sell local art on the walls. Great ambiance for a lunch date!

Kelly's Bakery and Cafe is a favorite of mine and my kids. They offer fabulous sandwiches, several daily quiches, homemade soups, salads, a big selection of tea and pastries. My favorite is their Black Russian sandwich - it makes me feel ahhhhhh. - Stacy Ash, Heartland Doulas owner

Great local sandwiches and bakery items. I've also used them for several birthdays, a baby shower and bridal shower for cookies As favors.

I l o v e Kelly's its cute, the bathroom is kept up nicely [has local art] and the coffee is good. The staff is half and half, I've had super friendly servers and ones who were a little irritated with any questions I might have asked.. But everyone's entitled to have a bad day here and there. Over all I like it and keep going back. Honestly I've only had coffee and bakery items, so I can't review the food, but their iced chai is a dream! I would love it if they had more vegan friendly options [but I don't expect people to cater to me] only if there's enough requests for it. :)

Kelly's offers a unique array of sweets and treats as well as a varied menu of delicious soups and sandwiches. I love supporting local businesses however, the customer service is truly lacking. The front counter clerks are often rude and unfriendly which can put a damper on the experience for first time visitors.

I really like to support local businesses so after having one bad experience here I tried to give Kelly's another chance to impress me. They didn't. The woman working the counter who took my order was surly and unpleasant. When I asked if they had a vinaigrette for my salad, she abruptly pointed out the listing of available dressings which, yeah, included a vinaigrette. Hey, fair enough to be annoyed that I did not see your list to read it, but good customer service does require patience and acquainting new customers to your space. I did not need the attitude. My 9 year old felt so uncomfortable that he asked to leave as soon as we sat down.

As for the food we had an inappropriately large cinnamon roll that was hard, and very dry. It was not served warm, which may have helped, but if that was an option, it wasn't offered. I ordered the quiche which was overcooked, with a crust I could barely get a knife through. This was consistent with my last visit when I had a quiche that appeared to be over microwaved, because I could not get a knife through the solidified crust of cheese on top.

I hate to write such a bad review because I would like nothing more than to have some good local alternatives to Starbucks or a step up from Dunkin Donuts. I'm sorry to say this place is not making the cut, and was such a disappointing experience.
