  Guy tried charging me twice for trailer, had no idea I was picking up trailer today. Workers were just clueless and oblivious to what was happening. However it as very affordable.

  Brian was incredibly helpful with fixing my converter box to make my car trailer ready! He is very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure everything else on my truck was good to go. He even stayed late to help me on Halloween. I will definetly be coming back to this uhaul in the future! Thanks again Brian!

  I just had an extremely frustrating experience attempting to reserve a trailer. I made my reservation online the evening of 6/17, scheduling a pick up in Bloomington, IL for the morning of 6/18 and dropping off on 6/19 in Champaign, IL (approx. 50 miles away). I promptly received a voicemail stating that my reservation for 6/17, the wrong day, was not available in Bloomington and the closest location for pick up was in Champaign, again 50 miles away. I tried to call back and sat on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. I received a second call 30 minutes later to confirm my reservation for 6/18, the correct day, in Champaign. When I explained I made my reservation for pick up in Bloomington I was told I'd need to call them to fix it. I declined and said I would rather they call and work it out and call me back. I received a third call 10 minutes later letting me know that there were no trailers in the size I needed available for a one way trip to Champaign from Bloomington. When I inquired about other trailers, I was told there were actually no trailers at all available for the trip that fit my vehicle. I elected to cancel my reservation entirely. My complaint is somewhat for the level of service provided, in that the reps clearly weren't paying attention to detail and in that they were not attempting to problem solve my issue but mainly it is in the fact that there is a clear logistical failure taking place if there are zero small/mid size trailers available in a city with 3 Uhaul locations, this is beyond frustrating and unacceptable for a company claiming to be my "moving and storage resource"not very resourceful at all
