The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best coffee is in the booth near the front desk. Only complaint is the pricing. Don't book in advance unless you are going in a peak period. We ended up paying 5x more than if we booked when we arrived. The hotel also didn't honor the Go green credit.

It's such a great experience for me and my wife trying Bally's Hotel. The service is great and the people is very kind. The room is really hug although it has no view but I wasn't really looking for the view more than how the room is good. Everything is clean and neat.
I love how it's connected to Paris so you don't need to get out the building!

This place was totally nice without being very good at all. I stayed in the same room for 15 nights, that’s right, 15 nights in lovely Bally’s. My carpet had two unknown ‘sticky spots’ that I learned to not step on and my toilet required at least two flushes to even clear itself of pee. Only 4 of the 8 elevators were functioning which caused a wait of nearly 20 minutes on several occasions. The king size bed was great and the staff was very friendly until I asked for a new room. Even with my extended stay it seemed they just didn’t have anything available with a working toilet or dark places on the carpet I dare not touch. Also they cut the water off 4 different times when I was there for repairs, I’m sure most guests with a shorter stay wouldn’t have noticed but unfortunately for me I did. It’s a nice stay for the price or if you’re looking to relive the grandeur of a Holiday Inn in the early 1990’s.

Above average more for budget minded. The Indigo Tower is dated and breeds renovation. The Jubilee Tower is refreshed. No room service after 11 am. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Staff is excellent. Facilities good. Wonderful old style pool.

We ended up at Bally's a lot on our trip, but the most notable experience was BLT Steaks for an anniversary dinner. The menu was comprehensive without being overwhelming. We shared a great wedge salad and delicious popovers while waiting for the main course. I had an amazing bone-in ribeye with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. Everything was perfectly prepared and the waitstaff was extremely personable the entire time. We will definitely splurge on dinner there again when we're in town.

We went for Sterling Brunch on a Sunday. For what we were paying, I expected much more options available. The lobster tails were good and so were the king crab legs. However the lobster bisque was way too salty. I was too full after a plate of lobster and crab to try other other items. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the service the service we received was top notch. The waitress obviously knew we were feeling the effects of a late night out but she never rushed us and took great care with us.

Rooms are just standard, no fridge, coffee maker. People were rude. Watch very carefully for hidden fees. Self checkout costs you. It's not about you we were told. Warm pop in machines. Again.. Not their problem. Won't go back. Tell your friends..i sure am.

Terrible Caesar's Entertainment Property - Will Not Be Back

We just returned from a Birthday trip for my daughter we had four rooms at Bally's. The two rooms that were in the "old tower" were entirely unacceptable. They were not only old and tired but filthy and in total disrepair. One room even had a bloody hand print on the wall! Dirty linens, stained carpets, marred furniture, stained bathroom amenities, the list is long. We went to the front desk to see about changing a room and were told they were totally sold out so no other rooms available. Then, when I offered a tip, the nice young lady said, "well I can probably find one but it will be an extra $75 per night". When I told her that was ridiculous, considering they were already paying $250 per night, she kindly reduced the upgrade fee to $40 per night. How funny that she miraculously found a room! Extortion just like the old Mob days!

We had our choice of two free rooms at any Caesar's property and chose Bally's only because it was less expensive for those who had to pay. We will never make that mistake again. You could not pay me to stay there again.

The gambling was the worst I've experienced in my 30 years of experience. I don't expect to get rich but a simple return once in a while would have been reasonable. I didn't believe the horrible gambler reviews online about this place buy now I understand and agree.

The only decent thing about this hotel is its location. However, there are so many better choices in the area and price range. One bright spot - A couple of the staff members were very nice, particularly the lady at the Diamond Desk.

Do yourself a favor choose somewhere else! We couldn't have been more disappointed.

I like this place because it is the perfect mix of location quality style and cost. Centre strip so an easy walk to a number of big names. It's also a traditional style inside which I like. And the rooms are good quality often on offer for a decent price. It also has a good selection of places to eat. One nice feature is the underground passageway that leads to Paris next door. In the passage there are shops, restaurants and places to drink.

Whenever I go to Vegas I always consider Bally's. Been there so often it's like going home.

Parking is limited and as a local, the first 24hrs was free as long as I scanned my license. I parked on the sports book side and walked to the side entrance. Inside there were areas under construction. We were there to see the Bodies exhibit. This was hard to find because the signed wasn't clear on what direction to go. We ended up at the pool/monorail hallway before finding a directory to show us we needed to turn around. The service was nice. We had to print out our entry tickets and concierge was polite when talking us through emailing them the tickets to print. All in all, the place is ok, but hopefully the new construction will help the building out. It feels like it's under going an identity crisis.

A great casino with cheap rates and easy access to the Vegas Strip. I had to dock a point because the casino layout requires you to walk through the smoke filled casino floor to get from your hotel room to pretty much anywhere else. As a hotel I would also dock a point because it takes a very long time to get checked in.

The room itself wasn't terrible. Nice size and clean however I waited in line for over 45 minutes to check in. Their check in time is 4pm and during this time, they had 2 people working checking in guests. 2 people at their busiest time!! Mind you, over at the VIP check in line they had every station open. The check in line was extremely long and people waited for really long times. You would think that during their check in time they would have all stations open to get everyone checked in in a timely matter. Ridiculous.

Great location on the strip, right in the middle and easy access to everything. The casino floor was as many are, nothing exceptional but nothing bad. The restaurants within were okay, again nothing outstanding.
The room was clean, not dirty, but there are obvious pieces that are just aged. The desk chair was covered in stains and ripped, but had that been removed the room was great. Good size, comfortable bed.
It's a good bargain deal to stay on the strip without feeling like you are in a dirty or questionable hotel.

Just went to the casino, so can't speak to the quality of the hotel. The casino floor is okay, typical game stuff, nothing to really make it stand out. Hubby & I usually will usually play lots of different slot machines -- just wander around and play whatever ones strike our fancy, you know? Well, we didn't end up doing that here. The first machine I sat at, after playing for a few minutes, I tried to cash out, and it didn't print a voucher. So I hit the button requesting service. And waited. And waited. Hubby got tired of playing his machine, got his voucher, and then decided (since it had been about 10 minutes at this point) to hit the service button on his machine too. So we've got 2 slots right next to each other with the service lights on. It still took at least another 10 minutes, I think longer, before someone finally wandered by. And in that time, we had been looking around, there just didn't seem to be any employees at all! No one to offer drinks either. Considering how many other casinos are in the immediate area, we weren't about to stick around at one with as apparently poor customer service. Maybe the hotel treats people better, but based on my experience with Bally's so far? I'll be sticking with the other hotels & casinos where I consistently get good service, thanks.
