Staff is very friendly, approachable and helpful. The room was amazing! Large, very spacious and clean. The bathroom is very large, clean and very nice. I definitely would book here again!

I’ve never met a friendlier member of hotel staff than Zoey! She’s amazing! She worked out a deal and helped us upgrade to a suite, and the space was HUGE! You can’t beat 24 hour room service from Nobu either!

First the great: -The staff was friendly and understanding. They helped me resolve a major mistake that my travel agency made. I was able to keep the same rate and didn't have to change my schedule. -The turn down service was very nice. -The bed was comfy and the blinds were blackout blinds -Best bathroom sinks ever!!! The not so great: -Resort fees to use the Internet -Aging tile in bathroom -Carpet instead of marble like in some other competing hotels I've been (this is probably a personal preference, but I hate carpets)

Booked a room in advance, sake suite with connecting room and pool table for 2 nights. Upon arrival I was informed that the rooms are separate because there are none available, and the suite had no pool table. After calling, they told me that I could move rooms the next day. Both rooms were nice, but for the price, Nobu simply did not deliver. I would rather find a different hotel to drop 2k a night.

The room service, cleaning, and food were all great. Also great areas to eat. Nobu restaurant was amazing. Great experience overall with no complaints!

The first time I stayed her it would have been a 5. This trip they did not serve the tea and crackers when you check in. The first night we were also in a room above omnia and it gets pretty loud They had no issues switching rooms but maybe the insulation could be better. The service is still top notch here and amenities are nice so I will continue to come but probably readjust expectations.

We had a 2 night stay in Vegas to start our honeymoon. I had mentioned when booking that's the reason we were travelling there, and upon arrival to our room we had chocolates and expensive champagne waiting for us. It was easy to get a booking at the restaurant and the fact that valet parking was full for everyone but Nobu guests made us feel a bit more special. Certainly not as expensive as you would think, and definitely worth the 5 star rating. We will definitely be back.
