Great service department. GM stands by warranty. If you have a four cylinder Terrain or Equinox and are down a quart of oil between oil changes you could be eligible for a piston ring replacement at no charge. There is a service bulletin for this problem. I also had the cat replaced under warranty. Certified used car policy is really something to look for.

I started with a GREAT experience. Chad Finn was the most awesome young Christian guy who I was fortunate to have at my sales person. He put out all the bells and whistles and I got a lease that was perfect. I believe they did sooo well they won an award as a company for car sales that year (2015). Well things took a different turn when I came back to end the lease. I was being cautious and very clear about what I could and could not do. Chad was the great sales guy til it looked like I was not going to be able to work within his GREAT deal again. Hey things happen credit isn't all that, but okay I get it. Sooo, I tell Chad it's cool I will make it work Thank God for Uber and Lyft. He's like "maybe in a couple months we can help. If I run across a trade in that's reasonable so you at least have a car I'll call you", also in the mist of our conversations he had me speaking with the loan guy Zac, now Zac was pretty straight up. He gave me some advice "go to a local credit union sometimes they are more helpful". Well I did. TMCU, they were everything he said. I then start looking at cars again, TMCU even suggested Heller's another local smallet dealership to explore. I went found a couple possibilities. Went back to Ballas looked some more, well when Chad got wind that I looked some where else, he was a bit salty and it showed. He was offended and said so. But all of a sudden Ballas had a car or two in my loan range. Heller just didn't have what he thought was right for me. Very honest Man. Any who, Chad Finn finds this car lets me test drive it, says its a clearance sale and we can make this work. I tell him I just want to be sure it's a pretty good running car-I am single, over fifty and a school teacher with a second night job. I don't want head aches. He's like "you'll be fine- I am praying for you and I am on your side"Well I do the paper work, I ask the Man on the Ballas used car office doing who was doing the paper work: have you had to do any work on it, he said "yes we did and you have a good car". I said "can I see what you did he said "yes" and also said "we don't keep paper records because people could get mad if something go wrong and the previous owners might have trouble on their hands".He proceeded to tell me some story about some going to someone's house after they bought a carA story somone told him-so he said. So then we are going thru paper work. I sign everything he gives me the As IS paper to sign. Later I asked for a copy of it and the work they did to the car for future reference . I thinking about making sure I do what makes sense buying a used car. Well, the breaks went out 2 days after I got it. I had to spend 100.00 dollars for tow to Ballas. They kept the car 3-4 days did not offer a loaner. They fixed the brakes no charge .I talk to the manager in the auto repair, tell him how I just wanted a car that could get me to work and not have major problems. He said they did work on the car. And that his partents raised him to be a honest man. I asked again for paper work so I could know he said okay..stil did not get it..couple daus later- Then the steering wheel started locking up. Now I am combating this (CAR STILL GOT 30 DAY TAG AND 1ST PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADEI am soo disappointed frustrated and wanting this to be resolved. I should of known somethingbefore I drove off in my new purchase Chad Finn stopped touched the car and prayed over it..Wow (saddest thing I was proud to be purchasing a vehicle from a woman owned dealership, I am VP of a pretty well known woman's inclusive leadership organization. ) All I can say it took me a minute to be able to write this and I am humbled, but inspired to take action.

Best dealership I've Ever been to. Everyone is very knowledgeable, everyone that makes eye contact smiles, and I feel like I got a hell of a deal!

Took my car in for a recall, so.. A free repair. They tried to force me into a separate $900 repair. Using the excuse that they would have to break my fuel line to do the recall repair because it's old. Uh no. Went elsewhere.

They didn't have the used car I needed which was too bad. They were so pleasant and stress free it would have been a great place to buy from. They knew what they were talking about and I wasn't pressured to buy something I didn't want. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Service review: Time quoted by front staff was not accurate by 4 hours so I needed to leave the car there. The service manager said " they didn't ask me or I would of told them". Not a big deal but expect more fromdealership. Pick up time for shuttle was not relayed to driver. I had to call back in to see where driver was. Staff said they cannot reach them. For the prices I expect the best and they are not at a dealership level. I go here when I have too but I don't recommend them.

The managers here are the meanest, most selfish, narcissistic group of ass holes I have ever met! Do not buy anything from these people. They treat their employees and customers like trash. They care only about making the highest amount of money at any cost and they will not think twice about ripping you off. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not buy from here. I certainly will not and I am going to make sure none of my friends or family do. Maybe they will read this review and some of the others like it and consider hiring new management. People who actually treat people the way they should be treated. I honestly do not know how they get any business.

I did not purchase my Buick from Ballas but have done all repair work there. Never-ending, continual maintenance on vehicle. It seems I always have to haggle to receive proper service from this dealership on my lemon of a Buick vehicle. I had to have a total engine replacement on car at 30-thousand miles. I settled a custom engine rebuild instead, when I told them I refuse to pay for new engine, mysteriously parts could be replaced instead of new engine after talking to coroprate and consumer law attorney because I was not covered by warranty. Vehicle has had 3 open recalls since purchasing. Last year, dealership had car for over a month after not having me sign an agreement and trying to withhold my vehicle in the dead of winter, proving no means of other transportation, I made the mistake of returning and received no cooperation on a inspection despite having vehicle schedule for recall and oil change. You would think with my intense history they would work with me to provide an inspection on the house. I was told it would be taken care of, it was not. Have more issues since they looked and did tire rotation, I'm not sure if it was mishandled. I will never return. Corporate GMC number will not offer any help unless I return to this dealership which I will not.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A GMC VEHICLE AND READING THIS:
Look into another car. GARBAGE, CHEAP CARS COME FROM GMC, Chrystler, Dodge, Buick and Jeep.
My car is 68,000 miles and has engine lights on, no AC, no seat heater, a custom engine that doesn't run as well and burns oil faster, multiple recalls and is already rusting. Who knows what else; I have to pay extra money to get it inspected again and I'm not spending any more money on this car.response / report this review -

Car was taken there for repairs from accident had to take the car back several times after one of them being they broke a clip on the bumper and glued it back on whatcha I didn't know until driving down the highway and half of the bumper almost flying off looked inside and seen the clips that hold it on broke off and glue in several places where they tried to just glue it back on,the paint is not the correct color and does not match the rest of the vehicle I showed them the issue and was told that it is acceptable to them,the general manager Todd took a look at it and stated that he did see the difference in color and stated he would get it taken care of and gave me a loaner,the following morning I get a call from the adjuster I meet him there to take a look at it he says it looks better than it ever did and that it all matches and is a acceptable match to his eye and stated there will be nothing else done,I then speak with Todd again and he states the adjuster said they will do nothing even though he seen the issue,I at that time took the vehicle to several other shops to have them scan the paint they used and it showed it being a different color than what it was suppose to be they seen the difference before even scanning the paint they used and comparing it to the manufacturer paint code of the vehicle yet ballads still refuses to correct it even though its there fault they mixed the incorrect paint for the car and blames it on the insurance company not telling them to fix it needless to say I have a car that now has different color panels that is very noticeable he owner Marianne ballads the owner was very rude and hung up on me . A lawsuit has been filed and I do not recommend this company to anyone for any reason

I Got a recall on my car (Saturn Ion 2004) for the Ignition switch, took it to them, they called me after and said we will do the ignition but we won't guarantee that the car will work, I told them nothing wrong with the car before the ignition, just do it and it will be fine. they called me later and told we did the ignition but there is another issue with the car and we charge 200$ for diagnosis. I didn't do that and took it to Tireman who told me later that the Ignition not done completely and said if it is my car I would take it back to them.

There customer support is beyond reproach. The service center and body shop get their work done in a timely manner and if you should find a problem they will fix it immediately. I just bought a new to me truck there and got it at a very good price. Go check it out! Something for everyone
