My experience was oth JD in the body shop, but of his customer service was what the dealership offers, my wife and I will start purchasing our cars (both volkswagens) from there. Long story short I had to bring my mark 5 gti in under the vw rust and corrosion warranty. Went out to Muskegon first (they are closer to home) was told it’d be about 6 months for everything to get approved and fixed. On a recommendation from a friend, I went out to gezon. The day I drove up, pictures were taken and EVERYTHING was explained in detail for me. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Claim was approved and brought it in. A week later I had my tired looking car turned into a car that looks like I just bought it. I highly recommend this dealership/service department/body shop to anyone looking for service on their vehicle.

Out of frustration for a close friend of mine here I am. She bought a 2016 Nissan frontier, tricked out fun truck..20k into the experience a loud sound started to come from the bottom of the truck..on a routine service she inquired about it. She was told "the tires are wearing wrong"yup, no kidding but why??..my friend is a trusting, loyal to a fault person. She would of taken a bullet for Nissan, especially the clowns at this place. After a few experiences like this she started to see that just maybe all isn't as it seems..smoke and mirrors perhaps? In sales we are defined by how we sell, but only the best actually take care of the people they sell to. For instance, my friend finally got rid of the truck. But not via Gazon. But not like she didn't try, she called 4 times that I know of to work with someone and no calls back. Not one!!! Is that because they know she has been dodged with the issues this brand new truck had? My point is, she loved this dealership and brand until she was like hey, this truck is kinda having problems and was given the cold shoulder on multiple occasions to the point she broke down in my arms. SHE BROKE DOWN IN MY ARMS Gizon..
Now this is a strong, independent, bad ass chick who doesn't need anyone for anything and your treatment of her broke her for a moment. If that was your intent, bravo! If not then you've got some serious leaks or is this how you treat women on the other side of the sale?

I'm writing this because it seems as though the only way to get someone to respond is when your reputation is on the line in front of whoever bothers to look you up before they visit to buy, the part you guys and gals are good at.

Quite honestly, don't bother to respond to me to help fix her situation as she's done it herself without anyone lifting a finger at Gizon, not even a call back. Although there is a woman that is apparently doing two jobs that is supposed to call her back but no one seems to know if she's in or when she'll be backyup, I'd say there's probably a few leaks. Maybe, behind these individuals Gizon is pretty good, but unfortunately when you hire clowns, you become a circus and if that's what you want, sell popcorn not cars.

    **Update**
Since I posted this review a week ago, my good friend has emailed The Customer Loyalty Manager "Bob S" and has left several messages for "Tasha" who is listed as being in sales, but my friend has been told she is the contact for all things related to finance such as; getting a refund for a warranty that she is owed. At least 5 attempts in the past two weeks and no one will call her back to get her the money she is owed for a warranty that is refunded with proration, so it's only about 4 to 5 hundred dollars, but still, whether it's 5.00 or 5000 dollars if I was owed to me, I would at the very least expect a call back..Why Gezon? Why can't she get a return a call, it's customer service 101, learned in the first 5 minutes of the first day of customer service?!?!?!

I recently had a negative experience and was disappointed with the customer service while receiving routine maintenance on my vehicle. After having my vehicle inspected a few days later I was stranded on the side of the road and with out a vehicle for the weekend. Which is a safety issue. During this process the customer service I experienced was rude, unhelpful, and uncaring for my concerns. Never once was I asked how can we make this better for you. As a result of this experience I will most likely not purchase my vehicle when my lease is up and will no longer continue business with Gezon Nissan dealership. I do not recommend buying or leasing a vehicle from this dealership! Warning be aware.

Hello, it is 10/7/2017 and my issue has not been resolved and I have not heard from John Lynch. In fact, my car would not start up again which is a safety issue and I was stranded on the side of the road for the second time. I've made an appointment to have my car inspected again and I am without a vehicle until my appointment since they do not offer service on the weekends. This has been a nightmare and frustrating experience. Buyers be aware!

We've had two great experiences purchasing vehicles with Paul at Gezon! My mom purchased a new vehicle with him a few months ago and we were so happy with how everything went, my husband and I decided to go in purchase a new vehicle with him today! The staff is awesome, friendly, and super helpful! They helped me get a vehicle I never thought I would be able to purchase, didn't push any extra "add ons" like most places, and helped make the signing process a breeze! Thanks guys!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO BUY A VW. I made the mistake of going here first. The sales staff are out of touch with reality. God forbid you ask for the best deal they can do on a car, they will treat it like a personal affront, as if you were the first person to EVER ask for a deal on a car. They won't offer you any manufacturer's rebates, or programs, or deals. They act like you are stupid for doing research before coming in and make rude comments if you request the deals that VW specifically advertises. Mark Bork is the manager of VW over there and is objectively terrible and the likely source of the "slimy car salesman" stereotype.

I am so glad I went somewhere else to get the car that I wanted. I would also like to point out that they have had 2 exact examples of the car I purchased somewhere else but lied to me about them being sold because they won't deal with me on price or trade with my dealer for stock. I have been checking their inventory online for 2 months now, and the cars are still sitting there, even though they lied to me and my dealer and said that they had sold them. THIS IS A DISHONEST AND PETTY DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE.

Gezon only knows how to play games with customers, not serve them. Disappointed with my experience here. Go to Betten or Crown.

Great experience! Honored my ACD Pump replacement warranty for my Ralliart; really good staff and professional mechanics; also "mod friendly"

I purchased a new Mitsubishi Outlander on April 29, 2017. I had the best experience at a dealership in all the years (+30) of car buying. Mary, the owner, was warm and welcoming and the sales team, Mike, Liz and Ray were exceptional. I felt that I got the BEST deal on my new car and they were more than fair on the trade in. They went over the car with me from top to bottom so I knew everything about my new Outlander before I drove it off the lot. I have never had a dealer go over the features of a car like they did! I was introduced to their service team also. I would like to mention that I drove all the way from Dexter, MI, about 2 hours from Grand Rapids to purchase this Mitsubishi Outlander. They had a great inventory of the Outlander so I had many to chose from. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who would like a truly unique and wonderful buying experience. I will go back for my next car purchase!

The sales staff at Gezon always provides me with a reason not to buy from them. They stated that the most they would give for the trade in of my 2012 Nissan Rogue is $1500. I still have 9 months worth of payments to make on my 60 month loan. I can't pay on two car loans and have only one car. That's not going to work.

Made an appointment for an oil change, just an oil change. Nothing else. My car sat for 3.5 hours before anyone touched it and they finished approximately 4.5 hours after my appointment. 4.5 hours for an oil change. Next mitsubishi dealer is in holland. I drive there now.
