Never once had any issues with this company. Service and repairs are always done with no issues. I'm always happy with the final product as well as my customers. Thanks BBA

I sent in an ECU from a 2005 4runner that I thought was defective. They "tested it" and it was found defective. Received a different reman unit. Paid to have key programmed. Same issue, turns out it was wiring. They offered a full refund. Great.. its been a month and no refund. They say 6-8 weeks. That is an insane timeline.

I sent then a 1992 Dodge Viper computer they said they could't fix it so they sent it back, my original cover was correct, I removed the cover and pulled the computer with the jell and discovered another part number inside the computer the computer that they returned to me was from a 1995 dodge Dakota physically very similar. My Viper computer is going to cost about $1600.00 US dollars or more to replace. When i called them back and said i got the wrong computer they said there technician could not have done that and i said HE DID i told them this is far from over they are going to do a lot better this is FRAUD then BBA called back and changed there story and said they couldn't fix my computer so they sent it to SIA in Tilden Illinois they said talk to Scott when i called Scott was not there so i talked to the manager of SIA he checked and they have not done business with BBA in over a year. The manager of SIA said what i had was a very common problem with my computer and he could have fixed it for only $85..00 us dollars. So in hindsight BBA decided to fix and keep my computer and resell it for $1500.00 or more, why should they just return it to me for $169.00 repair bill. PS When they changed there story and told me they sent it out that was all a lie from checking the tracking schedule at both ends that was impossible even if they sent it out over night, and now they say sense somebody else worked on it they are not responsible. LIAR CHEATERS SCAMMERS FRAUDSTERS first and last time with these people, next stop is the BBB then an attorney. It's not like there is some kind of honest mixup here. They have my computer and won't give it back!!!! It has been 3 months now and they still refuse to return MY computer, Visa Fraud protection gave me back the $50. bench fee but they fought tooth and nail and got the reversal reversed they showed the UPS tracking number and that's all it took for them to get away with stealing my Dodge Viper engine computer. Attorney General said to just go sue, the BBB said they can't help and to just go sue. They do there operation like this far from the customer and get away with everything by just showing a tracking number WTF they are too far away so too much of an expense to take to small clams court. I don't think they would pay out anything anyway these people are all trash.

The same day my ABS unit was received I had a diagnosis. It was ready for shipment the next day, they told me exactly what was wrong, and the best part is it was cheaper than every other competitor I checked. Happy to have my transmission out of fourth gear only. 2003 BMW 530i

I've been going back and forth with these guys, constantly about an ABS module. I take it out bring it to the in person as I live down the street. They tell they've fixed and it's ready for pickup I put it back in and nothing has changed. I honestly don't have time to deal with these shysters and I can't even imagine the headache of sending units back and forth with them. The place is extremely shady if you go there, large open space warehouse half of it stocked used inventory parts, in the middle of this warehouse about is 25 customer support people with computers/phones on temporary desks, about 5 huge clocks on the wall displaying different time zones. Then in the back, it looked like there was couple technician doing "repairs". Ended up picking up a unit from the junkyard 1/5th of their priceI also learned from several other shops that do repairs that my particular year and model is not repairable.
