I came in and spoke to a salesman named Benny. When I talked to him he said that the used vehicle I was interested in had not been "gone through." I was told the car was just taken in as part of a large lot. He basically said that this car was small beans to them and it wasn't worth their time to check out, therefore was being sold as is. I made an appointment with him to take the vehicle on a test drive. When I arrived on time to the appointment Benny was not there. Another salesman set me up to take the car for a drive. While driving I noticed a "check engine" light was on. I took the vehicle to their own service building and asked to have the computer read. They looked up the vin and they had a whole file on the vehicle. It has been looked at by one of their own techs and had permanent damage to the ECM ($1500 repair). Apon returning back to the sales building Benny was still missing in action. I was told I would be getting a call in a hour. Call never came. I feel bad for any future customers that they may be mislead by this company and their sneaky business practices.

overall got great service and a great price on the truck i wanted, Tims truck capital went out of there way to accommodate my budget and payments. I will continue to get my future trucks through Tims truck capital. and recommend everyone else also..

Everyone who works at Tim’s is so friendly and accommodating! Great group of people! I bought a vehicle from them in July which started showing brake issues in September and after a quick inspection, they took care of the whole thing quickly at no cost to me! Their integrity in their products is incredible! I would highly recommend especially to a first time car buyer!

The entire staff at Tims Truck Capitol is very professional and friendly. They have vehicles that are quality that can fit all budgets and needs. The environment is no pressure and relaxing so you are able to make the best purchasing decisions. I have purchased many vehicles here for my family. They are honest, fair and worked within my budget, made it happen when the outlook was poor. Brandon, Brian,Lenny, and Tim got me out of my old volvo car I lovede but needed 3 k to pass inspection. I know they stand behind their vehicles because I have personally seen them do so for multiple Co workers. The detailer is amazing my car looks and feels brand new. Thanks guys!

I was on my way to test drive a truck from another used car place in the area when I decided just to stop in. Tim's Truck Capital was great. Absolutely no pressure, very knowledgeable about the trucks, a huge selection of trucks. The employees are friendly and the place is busy which is nice to see. They gave me a fair price for my trade and stayed very late to sell me the truck. I think there were 4 people ahead of my buying vehicles. I did go test drive the other truck and then made my way back to Tim's to buy a truck. The entire process was extremely easy. I have already recommended friends to swing by. Very happy with the truck. Thanks guys!

If I could give more stars, I would! I went to another dealership earlier this week and had a terrible experience and was kinda down about it. The next day I reached out to Tims Truck Capital and from start to finish had THE BEST experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and I left extremely happy with an amazing Jeep! I will definitely refer all of my friends to go here.

Honestly I suggest not buying any older truck from this place without being a mechanic or bringing one with you. First car had a bad engine that needs to be replaced. He did allow a trade to his credit. But the replacement had bad breaks and no emergency breaks. The first truck is back up for sale on his site now for the same price. Oh, and don't preauthorize with them over the phone. They don't consider it a payment, at least for Discover cards.

Brian is a HONEST & straight-forward used car (or truck) salesmen. I can't even believe there is such a thing! He returned my phone calls and explained each step of the car buying process to me, including all the financial paperwork! What doesn't he do!? After my experience, I would recommend Brian and Tim's Truck Capital to anyone!

If I could give less than one star I would. They originally acted in a professional manner until after 3 weeks my truck's transmission blew up, and they refused to honor the warranty they told the Bank it had. After receiving the truck, they kept it a whole week to "diagnose" the problem all the while the bank and I waited for the outcome. However, after one week had passed I found out by accident that the Service department was told by management to not touch the truck and I was lied to several times right to my face when they said they were working on it. They screwed me over and now the Attorney Generals office is stepping in on my behalf. This has gotten out of control. They committed fraud, lie to the bank, didn't care about me, and ultimately screwed me over. I will never buy from them against, and I advise against other people from buying from them unless you want to get scammed.

I just came home from helping my daughter buy her first car. We worked with Nathan who was understanding, considerate, funny and caring. He helped us find the right car in her price range. The whole staff was great to work with, which made the experience of buying a car a pleasurable one. Then we have Ben who I am sure is a wonderful salesman but I only know what a great chef he is! Man can that boy BBQ a mean steak tip! Poor TJ in the financial end of things waited to eat his steak tips so we can sign the paperwork and leave them all be. It was a great experience buying at car at Tim's I have all ready recommended them to my friends and will be back to buy the next car! Thank you everyone!

Really nice guys. Greeted us as we arrived and one of the salesmen (Ben) showed me around the lot briefly and then allowed me to walk around and look at the vehicles on my own. After I had decided which ones I wanted a closer look at he was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles I was looking at and offered honest feedback. I ended up test driving 3 trucks and Ben was super fast to get me into the drivers seat to try them out. This business as a whole is a great place to go. Very low pressure, very willing to help a new, or older buyer. I haven't had great experiences with car lots and this one was great - I'd recommend it to a friend or family member.
