Herb Chambers in Seekonk is absolutely the best dealership. Great service from Sales to Service. I purchased a 17 Accord and had an excellent experience. My salesman Jim Hedstrom did a fantastic job meeting all of my needs. Jim and the dealership even supported me months after having the car, providing incredible service to get me back on the road after two completely separate road hazard incidents! I own three Honda's and would not think about going anywhere else. They care!

Best dealership in New England for purchase of a Honda. Scott Birtles is a progressive GM that has created an atmosphere very much geared to total customer satisfaction. His employees make the deal simple, understandable and fair. Scott is a true professional and cares about his customers.

Our salesman Tim Kane is a great person, treated us like family and assisted us through the whole decision making process. We are very happy that we listened to his recommendations, we love the choices we made for our purchase. Tim went above and beyond his duties with our situation and was extremely helpful on many levels.

Service department is user friendly and produces excellent results. We are extremely happy with the dealership and their team of professionals.

I have never had such an easy car buying experience in my life. Everything went smoothly, only 1 mistake was made but quickly rectified. My sales person Josh was friendly and down to earth. The Financial person, Brian laid everything out and explained everything. He was able to get me a better rate on my loan. No one was pushy. It took about 2 hours and everything was signed and completed. UPDATE: Delivery day was a little different. No small talk or niceties, just here's the keys this guy will show you your car. It felt like, once the money was in hand it was time for them to move on. The sales manager did call for a follow-up, which I appreciated.

Just got a used 2015 Honda Fit and couldn’t be happier. Chris Banks was my salesperson and he was great even though I had called ahead and set up a test with 5 different cars! (And it was pouring rain) Chris was super patient, not pushy at all and offered fair and balanced feedback. Not to mention he knew every detail in every car. Highly recommend dealing with him!

I am so pleased with my experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. My sales representative, Thomas London, was phenomenal. I am a college student and was looking for an affordable but reliable car, and Thomas was thoughtful and honest when helping me pick one out. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed to make a hasty purchase. I spent a couple weeks with Thomas working out details and mulling over choices. His straight-forwardness was so refreshing--- something you don't come across often at car dealerships. Thank you Thomas, and thank you Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk.

Looking for another dealer after dealing with an awful dealer when I first leased my car, I was recommended Herb Chambers by a co-worker. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Albert. From there, Albert helped me tremendously. Albert ensured I was getting exactly what I wanted while always staying honest with me. I did not feel Albert was forcing me into a car I did not want. He answered all the questions I had, and made the process very smooth. He was also very personable- I felt Albert was more of my "friend" rather than a sales consultant. I love my car and would easily recommend Albert to others who are looking for a new car. He totally cares for the customer experience rather than the sale. Thank you Albert- see you in 2-3 years for another lease!

I have to say, I've owned over 30 vehicles and negotiated deals for other buyers in the past, at other dealerships and out of all of them, this was the best buying experience. Not only did GM Scott Birtles go above and beyond to give me the best deal any dealership has given me, but he had me work with Jim Downing as my sales guy. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. From point A to Z, they make you feel like family. Herb Chambers has the best staff in the car business. It truly is a one of a kind experience. They make you feel welcome even after the deal is done which makes you want to go back to service your vehicle there no matter how far you live. They do everything they can to make the customer happy and accommodate your needs. I can't stress this enough it was the best car buying experience I have had. If you buy anywhere else not only will you pay too much but you will not get the service the respect in the personal customer service you will receive here. I am Herb Chambers customer for life! They don't just sell cars they build long-lasting relationships. I need to add that Rico was amazing. Rico thoroughly goes through the entire vehicle before you drive away. He really knows his Honda's and all options. I appreciated his knowledge and patience with me.

Danny Reyes was my salesman and he was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly, easy to work with and never pushy which I really appreciated very much. He was available to me and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

If you are about to buy a car, don't miss Herb chambers at Seekonk in your research. I recently purchased my Honda Odyssey from here. Before I went to herb chambers I was in few other leading dealers in New England - both Toyota (50%) and Honda (50%) as I was not sure which to buy; also between SUV (40%) and minivan (60%). I took an appointment for test driving Odyssey. Paul Shire was my Sales man. Paul listen to each and every requirement. Then got the keys for both Odyssey and Pilot (to my surprise) for test drive. Also, he showed me the key features and allowed me to explore the vehicles to check my needs. That back to back comparison helped me to nailed down to Odyssey. He also provided me with different quotes for each model and the savings in each with the finance option split up. Even he provided the invoice for in stock cars and the price if need to swap with another dealer for getting exact color and trim. I went to couple of other dealers as well before I went back to close the deal. All other sales persons I met before and after Paul in other dealers was either pushy or have a lazy attitude. One of the award winner made me walk away from there as they put me to wait for a long time as they were serving multiple customers. Also was not ready to listen to my needs or provide me with any details. Humility and Integrity are the key features for me to buy my car from here. Thanks Paul and Herb chambers to make me and my family happy.

Recently purchased a new Accord at this location. I highly recommend this dealership if your thinking about a new vehicle! Our salesman Jim Downing was so patient and knowledgeable! He really made our buying experience easy and stress free! At no point did I feel pressured or expected to buy, but to our surprise we drove home the same day w/ a beautiful new ride! Great experience at Herb Chambers from start to finish. Tom L. was approachable, patient, and honest! He listened to what I was looking for, and helped find the perfect car for me. He was also incredibly communicative, even calling me on his day off to let me know my registration and plates were in. I'm thankful for such a positive experience and don't plan on doing any car shopping anywhere else!

Amazing experience at Herb Chambers from start to finish. There are a few reasons why I chose to purchase my vehicle from Herb Chambers and it is truly a dealer that stands out among the crowd. Danny & Scott made the experience a positive one and answered any questions I had along the way - and for questions that did not have immediate answers they told me they would find out the answer and did. Bill helped out from the Finance end and even though the process was quick and painless he gave me some great pointers during the time we worked together and finalized the paperwork. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Another notable mention is that after purchasing my vehicle I made a trip to the parts department - their parts department happens to be open a lot later than the usual 5pm close time which is awesome. Not just that but they have a lot of inventory on hand if you want to accessorize your new purchase or even get something as simple as a cover for your new key fob. I can honestly say that based on my experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and my faith in the brand I will look here first for any future vehicle purchases going forward. You have made a life-long customer!
