I went there and a gentleman by the name Jesse White took care of me. He made the process feel so simple and he was so honest. I would recommend anyone going there to ask for Jesse he was awesome .

The worst place to buy a car! They lie! They said they replaced the transmission in a car my boyfriend recently purchased and when we took it to another garage not even six months later because the transmission died that garage said that it still had the original transmission. Also, when reported to the Better Business Bureau they lied to them saying that when we purchased the car we said we didn't know how to drive stick and that my boyfriends father was going to reach him, when he doesn't even know how to drive standard himself and we test drive the car without his father! What a joke! Don't go here unless you want false advertisement about work that was never done!!

At first I was happy with Auto Solutions and thought I had gotten a good deal on my car. When I bought it they told me had a newer transmission and a new clutch.
Well, 6 months later when the clutch died I asked my garage how it died so quickly. The guy told me that they were sure both the clutch and the transmission were original to the car and had never been removed before, meaning that I was lied to about the clutch AND transmission.
I'm also seeing that it looks like all the employees are leaving 5 star reviews and they still only have a 3 star rating.
EDIT: I reported them to the BBB and AutoSolutions claimed I told them I didn't know how to drive stick when I bought the car and that my dad said he would teach me. Which again, 2 lies. I did know how to drive a stick shift and my dad does not.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Carlos is the man he worked with me to find the car that was right for me and let me test drive multiple cars . All of the staff are down to earth and worked with me to setup the payment plan that was right for me and my family. I would recommend anyone to go here first before checking those giant dealerships.

By far the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Jesse was fun and energetic, kept the whole experience light, fun and uplifting. He goofed with my kids just a real class act. Jack was amazing how quickly he processed my application and had my approval in less than a half hour. They let me take the truck home for the weekend to enjoy it. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon and picked it up Monday completely detailed and looking beautiful. Thank you for your service I will definitely be sending anyone I talk to your way!

Absolutely love these guys!! This was my second time getting a car from Auto Solutions (I wasn't even expecting to either) but I decided to upgrade and they made the trade-in such a smooth process. They found an amazing deal and car for me! Jesse was phenomenal and very easy to work with. He was consistent, timely and accommodating to my schedule! No regrets and highly recommend him and the whole team!
