Very satisfying and memorable experience! Really appreciated the special attention I received. The entire sales staff seemed to be working to make the sale easy and worry free!! Couldn't have been done any better! Great people! Outstanding service!! Love my truck! I will be back!

Charlie has sold us our last two trucks. Great, honest guy. Service is a joke. We drove an hot and a half (both ways) twice. They fixed nothing! Our last visit lost them a future customer, and as many as I can tell. We got there, they lost or appointment. After waiting 4 hours for an 1.5 hour job we were told they had none of the parts.(we had to call them-they never told us). When we complained, they tried to put all blame on us. We even caught a manager mocking us behind our backs!!! They have been trying to make things right, but Will we shop there again? Prob not. Too bad, Charlie does a great job.

I scheduled AND confirmed an appointment for an airbag recall. When my daughter, from out of town, went for the appointment, not only was her appointment NOT in the system, the part had not been ordered as a direct result of the EXTREME INCOMPETENCE. I will NEVER go or recommend for any reason. This is not the first time I have had trouble, but it will be the LAST. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would.

Farnsworth Chevrolet is a great dealership. We have purchased 3 vehicles there and will go back again. They make the sales process simple, through the on line application and easy to use website all the way to signing the documents. Farnsworth has an excellent staff, extremely pleasant to work with.

We started our car search using the internet and found it very easy to view the Farnsworth inventory and select a car that was close to what we were looking for. An appointment was set-up and the car we selected to test drive was waiting for us when we arrived for our appointment. Farnsworth's on-line sales person Charlie Webb responded to our inquiry in a very timely and professional manner and was very easy to deal with. (i.e., No high pressure sales routine). Although we did not purchase the car we test drove, Farnsworth was able to find us a car from a nearby dealership that met all our exact needs and for a reasonable price. We are very happy with our new car and our experience leasing through Farnsworth Chevrolet. We would recommend Farnsworth Chevrolet to others in the market for a new or used vehicle.
