Very rude, short tempered and over priced!

My daughter went there to purchase purses for her bridesmaids to match the dresses. The owner - yes, it is a house! - was so rude to her because she did not buy the dresses there. She would not give her an estimate of the arrival time or a quote for the 9 clutches. I was listening over the phone and was shocked to hear someone treat a potential customer with such distain.
