  Just leased a brand new 2017 Enclave & LOVE IT!!!! Great Staff, NO hassle on getting the deal I wanted, and left just a little while after in my new ride! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! FAST, FUN AND EASY way to get a new ride!

  All I need to say is Cliff Jones!!!!! This is how selling a car is done. I was in the car business for a while, and have bought and sold many cars in my life and this is how it is done. It started off on the wrong foot but I have never seen a dealership make up for a mistake it a huge way. Not only was the mistake fixed but the car was also delivered. Very respectful and cared more about my opinion of the dealership than the bottom line. I strongly recommend this dealership and Cliff to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I will be purchasing all of my next vehicles from them in the future. Tradition Chevrolet is the way to go!!!!!!

  As usual the service was superb as was the staff!
  
  But the most outstanding thing this time was that I apparently had dropped my bank debit card in the waiting area! Jeff your service writer either found it or someone was honest and decent enough to turn it in to him. He immediately called me to inform me that he had it! I can't express how grateful I was about that! That is a rarity in today's world and that act goes a very long ways with me! You can depend on me telling my family, friends and acquaintances not only about the great service but the HONESTY AND INTEGRITY with the way Jeff handled the finding of my debit card!

  One of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had! Extremely attentive, with fast, friendly responses and to top it off, a great deal on a brand new Buick! Can’t say enough good things about Kyle Oliver. Definitely worth the trip from Buffalo; we’ll be back again!

  I just picked up my new Chevy Silverado from Tradition Chevy in Geneva. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had making the deal. My salesmen Kyle Oliver made it so easy. I was completely satisfied. He took care of every detail. Great place to buy a vehicle.

  I had an excellent purchasing experience at Tradition Chevrolet earlier this summer. My salesman, William Mix was prepared for my appointment with a few different vehicles ready for me to test out since I had traveled a distance. One of these was the perfect fit for what I was looking for and I purchased and drove home the vehicle the same day with absolutely no pressure. I appreciate the respect and consideration I received from William who made sure the vehicle was in excellent condition and ready to leave the lot. Such a breath of fresh air from any prior car purchasing experience and I would highly recommend.

  Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. William Mix at Tradition Chevrolet in Geneva. Mr. Mix demonstrated to my family and I an atmosphere of professionalism I really didn't expect when purchasing a vehicle. He took the time to fully explain every aspect of the car I was interested in as well financing options available to me. There were no high pressure tactics only a very relaxed and honest experience for me. He also took the time to introduce me to other staff members at Tradition who were also very friendly and helpful for my car purchasing experience. I give staff and William Mix five stars and strongly recommend Tradition Chevrolet for your next car.

  When you come to Tradition and want a great sales person. Go to Will Mix!!! He is the best! He will get you the best deal and best price on the car you are looking for. I had a great experience and Will made it so easy. Hands down best place. And to top it off, Will is easy on the eyes ladies 😊
