Service Specialist David was awesome. He coordinated the part replacement (blower motor) + oil change process very smooth that the overall wait time was less than 1 and half hour. He was very professional and passionate of taking care of his customers. I got the same professional acumen from David in my earlier visits as well. Overall great experience!

At the time of purchasing vehicle I was told that the car positively had 2 keys. They car also wouldn't start and was told it need to be jump started because someone left the lights on. After purchasing the vehicle, I was told they had trouble locating the key and would call me within a few days and if they didn't find it, they would make me a new one. As it started to get colder out the car would start having more trouble starting. I was told at the time of purchase the used car had a 90 day worry free warranty and has undergone a 130 point inspection. I was told to bring the car in to the service department to check out the battery issue. I was told a new battery would be $200 and I should speak to my sales person. He told me there's nothing he could do for me, he also informed me that they could not find the key and there is nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to a manager and he told he also cannot do anything for me except apologize for not having the second key and for telling me that they had two keys. They will literally tell you anything you want to hear tell sell you the car. Never been to a dealer who doesn't keep their promises, especially a Toyota dealer, I expected more of them.

AutoNation Toyota by far the best place to go if you're looking for a car. Great selection of cars and their staff by all means are very attentive and professional. Any questions or concerns you have, they will be happy to answer any questions. I'm a proud owner of two vehicles I've purchased here, and I can say that the whole process was very smooth and very clear. Up until this day, I take my cars here for their regular maintenance service and car wash. Highly recommend this dealership! Best place to go in Lake County !

Really impressive place to do business. I was interested in a fully loaded 2018 Camry V6 XSE. AutoNation easily had the best prices in the metro area. I looked at 4 other dealerships. Great salesperson and finance personnel. Management was fair and upfront. Dealership looks clean and impressive. I would highly recommend if you want a no hassle buying experience!

Great customer service. Steve N. was very helpful and even stayed after closing hours in order to complete the sale. He was very patient trying to explain the features each model had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone buying a car.

Libertyville Toyota provided us a fantastic buying experience with no pressure or haggles. We were provided with a decent trade-in value for our former SUV , significant discounts on the MRSP and 0% financing for our brand new highlander. More importantly staff were courteous and respectful . We test drives one day and came back 2-3 days later after researching the market and competitors to purchase our car. We strongly recommend this dealership if you are considering to purchase a new Toyota.!

Excel experience at AutoNation. I was offered the option to drop off my car and pick up my loaner the evening before my scheduled appointment on Friday so there would be no disruption to my morning commute. I was told the car would ready on Tuesday. I got a call Friday afternoon that my car was ready. I walked in, dropped off the loaner and picked up my car within 15 minutes. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. The process runs smoothly every time I'm there.

I had a great experience at Libertyville Toyota. They diagnosed what was wrong with our Sienna and fixed it in a timely manner. Adam was our service writer and he was a pleasure to work with. He kept us updated the whole time and suggested service that was becoming due on our van. We would definitely go there again for service on our van.

Libertyville Toyota is always accommodating. . .I needed an oil change at the last minute, and they got me in and out same day. I could take my trip with no worries. The Service department is well run and very respectful when working with women which means they never talk down to you.

I was interested in a specific used Toyota that I'd seen on AutoNation Toyota's website. I made an online inquiry and was contacted promptly where I made an appointment to check out the car a couple days later. The salesman I dealt with was Rick Samborski, Rick was helpful and was able to answer the few questions I had. I have to say that I enjoyed the fixed price method used to sell the used cars, I went there because I knew the advertised price was within my budget and there was no screwing around negotiating price. Additionally, as a cash buyer of a higher mileage used car, I was made aware of, but there was no pressure to purchase a bunch of add-ons to inflate the purchase price- which isn't the case at many other dealers. The car had been prepped well and completely met my expectations for the year and mileage. After I'd agreed to purchase the car, I worked with the finance manager, Charles Balfour, to wrap-up the paperwork. Charles and Rick made the process pleasant and completed things quickly, especially considering that the dealership was pretty busy that Saturday morning. AutoNation Toyota is a dealer I will definitely consider first the next time I am in need of a car.

I had been to a few Toyota dealerships and they didn't have great customer service. Libertyville Toyota had great customer service!! I went to look and Bob helped us and I was able to buy my first car!! I would definitely recommend this location.

Tyler and the rest of the staff at AutoNation Toyota made our buying experience painless and hassle free. From start to finish, we felt like we were being taken care of.
