  The sales person I had was Patty Zawkoski. She was wonderful. She could not have been any more helpful.She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase of my 2017 Ford Escape.
  She took me for a test drive and explained everything I needed to know. She also called me two days later and asked if I had any questions. I did so she met me in the lot and answered my question.
  I just loved her , she was wonderful.

  I recently purchased a car from AutoNation Ford PC, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I was dreading the process, but George Koulos made sure to not only get me the most for my trade-in, and a great price, he also included in the contract to fix a minor detail that many sales reps wouldn't have included. I encourage you to contact him if you are looking for a great deal on a used car. He is a straight shooter and wants to put you in the car of your dreams and fit it into your budget!   This unfortunately has been the second major issue with my 2013 F150, that has less than 50k miles on it. Still not sure about the Ford brand however can't give anything other than a 5 star rating to the Auto Nation Ford group in Panama City. Professional, courteous an outstanding follow skills with phone calls and emails letting you know right where your at in the repair process.
  From my service advisor David to the person who greets you for your appointment right down to the friendliness of the cashier checking me out these folks have a name that's Sonanmous with a log forgotten art "Customer Service"!

  I recently purchased a car and had Rick Whitely as my salesman. He treated me with respect and did not give me the "car salesman" feel. He was awesome. So good that I recommended that my friend, daughter and daughter-in-law go see him. We are all now members of the Ford Family, driving new cars!!! How exciting to know that there are companies and salesman that care about you and your family enough to put you in a car you want and can afford and not push you! I will now and always be an Auto Nation Family Member and will recommend Rick Whitely to all of my friends and family. I know that you will be treated great! Go see him today! New or used he will make sure that you are well taken care of!!!!

  AutoNation Ford was very easy to deal with when repairing my tuck. I simply called the service department the night before and setup a time in the morning to bring it in for repairs. My water pump failed and started leaking coolant. I dropped the truck off in the morning and went to work. I got a call about 2 hours later informing me of what they had found. I had purchased an extended warranty on my truck so the repair didn’t cost me anything. I did ask them to replace my belts since they were already working in that area. I had to pay for the belts but they did not charge me for labor to install them. The truck was ready for pickup that afternoon. Overall it was a really good experience; everyone was easy to talk to and didn’t have any objections to doing a little extra work in the repair. I will be using this dealership again for any repairs I may need in the future.
