My salesman with a heart was Doug Johnson. He helped me when I was defeated and made my life a bit easier with his help, I got a car whixh helped me get a better job and all and all improved my life. I’ve had such a pleasant experience purchasing my new vehicle with Auto Fair Hyundai. Brennan the salesman has gone above and beyond to make my experience as painless as possible. Everyone there is super friendly. What I liked most about this dealership is that they’re not as pushy as most dealers I’ve experienced. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle!

AutoFair Hyundai in Manchester was a pleasure to deal with. We worked with Terry. He took the time on a cold day to walk us around and was great at explaining our options and really listened to our needs and must haves to find us a perfect match. He was never pushy and didn’t get frustrated with our many questions! Once we picked a car he really did all he could to close the deal and ensure we were 100% satisfied! I will have to problem working with him and the team at Hyundai in the future. It was our best car buying experience thus far! Thank you Terry

They made my buying experience smooth and easy and they gave me a great deal on my trade in. After I bought the vehicle they took care of me when my vehicle needed some servicing. Kevin and his staff make sure you are treated the way you deserve to be treated and well taken care of!

I had a scheduled oil change today September 19, 2017 at 12:30. I was assigned to Jen Demontier as my advisor. I arrived around 12:15. Jen welcomed me to the service center and asked how she could help me. I let her know that I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change. She took the time to make sure all my information was correct then notified me that there was a recall on my vehicle. I asked her approximately how long it would take to do an oil change and the recall. She told me up to an hour and a half. I had my 7 week old infant with me and informed her I would have to make a follow up appointment as that was to long for me to wait with my infant. We rescheduled for the next day. Jen finished checking my vehicle in and directed me to the waiting area. At approximately 12:55 Jen came up and told me my vehicle was already done. She was also able to have the recall done at the same time. I was extremely thankful. Not only was the oil change and recall finished but it was finished extremely fast as she knew I had my child with me. I could not thank her enough as I was already dreading having my oil changed at a dealership. I would highly recommend AutoFair Hyundai and again I am extremely thankful to Jen!

Fantastic experience. No high pressure sales tactics. Willingly showed me several vehicles and let me test drive each so I could have a good evaluation and comparison of my choices. Worked with my financing needs and didn't sell me something I didn't want or need. Scott Knapp, Nick Graves and manager Jean Turgeon did a great job. Thank you for making a stressful process so easy! 😄

This is by far the best experience I've had buying a car. They were great from start to finish and were not pushy at all. They let me take my time, answered any questions and were helpful through the entire purchase. Wonderful sales and finance departments. Thank you so much, Vlad, Nick and Tim - you're the best!! Just another note, my daughter has purchased 3 cars through this dealer ship and couldn't be happier!

I started out with AutoFair back in 1996 with my very first car. I have since bought 2 more cars since then from there. I bought my newest one recently , thank you Vlad and Mike, they are so friendly, listen to concerns and such a pleasant attitude. They will explain the process to you so nothing is a surprise. Their advice is a very big help for me. I will continue to go there, if the need arises. Thank you AutoFair!

I was helped by ERIC during my first visit and he showed me many different models and explained the features of each. When I came back the next day to buy, ERIC was in the middle of another sale and DAVID, who happened to be there on his day off finished my sale. Both were very polite and thorough in making sure I was satisfied and understood everything about my SONATA.

We stopped in on Sunday, Feb.19, 2017 to test drive an Nissan Altima. Christine McGee came out an introduce herself. Very approachable and friendly sales person. Christine had the vehicle pulled up front as we enjoyed the beautiful weather and small talk. Christine went with us on the test drive and took us on a route to test all limits of the Altima. When we returned, Christine gave us time to talk it over alone as we made our decision. The process went very smoothly from sales to financing. Enjoyable experience and love the follow up after the sale. If you are looking for a car AutoFair should be included in your search.

Outstanding Staff throughout the total Dealership. From the acquisition to any and all Service ! Have dealt with automotive dealers all over the World; And these people should be getting 10 Stars - NOT - just 5. Would recommend to Everyone. They make it all better and rite, no matter how complicated or insignificant it may seem to be. I feel I can trust the people with my car - They always get it RITE, the first time, every time. One less concern to have in life, when the car needs attention. Again, Best Cudo's to the Service Department as well. ~G~

I totally agree! The buying experience was the best I've had, and I got start my journey over the phone! I was calling from a few hours away from this dealership, and didn't want to drive to experience the typical "hard sell", which usually ends in anxiety and frustration and either no vehicle or not the correct vehicle. Jared was great to allow me to start my purchase over the phone! After speaking with him, I took the chance, drove down, and was glad I did! I then met Eric, and they both did their best to make sure I got the vehicle that I really wanted and at the best price. Everyone there, except for the dude in service (just kidding!) was wonderful!! I appreciated all of their patience and hard work, just to me happy! Thank you, AutoFair Hyundai! See you soon!
