Prices are high for used parts. Service is slow for getting parts. Friendly staff.

Have had multiple bad experiences with this yard. Wether it is taking 2 days to get back with you on wether they have a specific part, or giving better pricing to "friends", to charging a restocking fee on a part that was on the shelf already pulled from the vehicle when I have spent over 3k with them this year alone. My business with ARK has came to an end today. Beware when u buy from this yard. Inspect your parts and make darn sure you want it because it is yours once you leave . There will be know customer service after the sale unless ur 1 of the owners buddies.

This place is excellent. Wonderful customer service, very professional and knowledgeable staff. Got my transmission for a much cheaper price after comparing prices all over town. Asked for an axle half shaft at the counter too and they got it to me within minutes. Can't recommend Auto Recyclers enough. They've earned my loyalty.

not quite sure if a lot of these reviews are from family/employees but they are far from the truth. NOT polite at all, very very rude. One guy in particular though I cant remember his name. Very hateful and unprofessional. Go to one of the better salvage yards in the area!

If you need parts and other vehicle necessities this is the place to go. They have everything at a fair price, and are very friendly to all their customers making them feel comfortable and wanting to come back for any vehicle repairs needed.
