NEVER go here.. I had my 02 Jetta 1.8 fixed about a week ago. The clutch went out. Got it back a week later it seemed fineuntil 2 days later the check engine light on, so I called up there talked to sunny and he told me to bring it in the next day I went to start the car it was a lot of smoke coming out of my tail pipe and my turbo was sounding blown. I drove it up the street to confirm the problem and it was.. drove it back home to get dressed to take it up there CAR WOULD NOT MOVE clutch was done again
.. my car had no oil in it which don’t make since because I JUST got a oil change & my intake hose was off.. THEY didn’t fix anything they charged me over 2000 dollars for stuff I didn’t need.

Sonny was very knowledgeable he didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need called before started doing any work and gave me very fair estamite was very close to total bill once service was completed. Place was clean and tightey . Very highly recommend
Definitely use this for all my mechanic needs

Very good with BMW s after the another shop in Clinton township try to take me for a ridge , thank god a friend told me about Auto pro ended up doing same job for a lot less

All positive reviews that I can see of this place are fake, and it's obvious. For starters, nobody in Michigan is going to 3 Auto Pro locations spread miles apart from one another.

I only came here and poked around because they tried to screw one of my friends over with a $300 repair.

Google should really regulate fake reviews more. It's a shame they put that much effort into faking it, rather than working hard and offering solid service.

I'd give 0 stars if it was allowed.

The Techs at Auto Pro know their stuff. After messing with dealership on Mercedes for over four months and them charging me an arm and a leg , these guys at auto pro not only fixed problem right the first time but gave a rental car and charged me a third of what dealership did.

I am going to send you guys a lot of business and tell all my family friends and family about you guys.

Thank you Fred and Sonny for taking of me as its so hard to find a mechanic you can trust.

This shop is a reliable place to go to for just about anything you need repaired on your vehicle. They service foreign and domestic vehicles. The waiting room and restroom is very clean and maintained. They also offer transportation to wherever you need to go while they work on your vehicle and they will pick you up when it's done. Last but not least they offer financing. I highly recommend this shop.

I had called earlier in the week about a pre-purchase car inspection, and was impressed with the phone conversation; it felt more like talking to a friend, than a salesman. After looking over the car at the dealership, I took it over to the shop, and they were able to inspect it right away. Larry took it for a test drive, and put it up on a lift and gave it a look-over. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, and again, felt like I was talking to a friend, rather than a salesperson. He explained his findings very clearly, and was able to help me negotiate a better price upon returning to the dealer. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk (I didn't get his name) and was very impressed with how friendly he was as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future if/when my car needs service.

I had a horrible experience. ..i brought my car in and was quoted 39.00 to look at it. When i decided not to get it fixed, they charged me 149.00 to look at it. Unfortunately, I had to paythey had my car and keys and wouldn't release unless i paid. Bait and switch scam! Horrible business practices. I will NEVER go there again. I hope this review discourages anyone else to do business with this dishonest company.

I have been coming here for my oil changes for the past 2 years and have never experienced a problem.

However, I made an appointment for my girlfriend at this location and when she had her oil changed, the mechanic left the cap off of her oil, which caused it to spew all over the engine. She called about having her engine cleaned up, and the manager denied responsibility, saying that she could not prove that it was their fault, but they agreed to clean up the engine.

Whoever did this failed to notify her that there was absolutely no oil left in her engine, and she drove it to and from work for two weeks while waiting on an appointment at a repair facility. The second facility informed her that her engine was completely ruined as a direct result of these events and told her to contact Autopro regarding this.

She did as she was told, but the man she spoke with, who claimed that he was the manager of Auto Pro in Clinton Township, argues with her, refused to accept responsibility, or give her the number for the corporate office. He also refused to give her a name.

I will be contacting their corporate office and taking this as far as I need to for this to be made right.

Do NOT take your car here. One of their mechanics is an absolute idiot, and their customer service is abominable.

The best in the business! THE BEST! I've taken my old car in here before, and they saved me then. Now I'm selling my newer car, and they've done it again. Another inspection place quoted $150 for an air filter. Caleb literally laughed and said, "hold on", plugged in my info and says "yeah, air filter will be $27.50".

The team at Auto pro car services are all friendly and helpful. I have been taking my car(s) to them for several years and have always received excellent treatment. I believe their prices are extremely competitive and the service is first class. I will continue to use Auto pro car services for the foreseeable future.
