Brought in my car due to some suspension clunking issues. Ended up needing new endlinks + coilovers. They suggested the KW Variant 1's plus a few other things. picked up the car today and man, what a difference. My hawkeye drives like new again. On top of that, they expedited the service even though they were already booked so I could make it out on a road trip that I had planned 6 months back. I always get my regular maintenance work done here as well. I would highly recommend HP Techs especially if you are a Subaru owner.

Angel and his team are extraordinary. I've trusted my girlfriend's Lancer Evolution X in their hands many times. HP Techs have always looked out for our best interest. They are very honest and perform excellent work.
I've inquired about having the AYC pump replaced in the Evo X. They could have easily taken my money and done the job, but instead, through research of their own, they found out it could be covered under Mitsubishi extended warranty. They advised I check with Mitsubishi before going further. It was covered. True honesty, and integrity.
Recently, they replaced the clutch. They respected my decision to stay with the stock flywheel. Getting into the car, they discovered the flywheel to be poorly resurfaced by the previous owner(s). HP Techs got me a great price on a ACT flywheel to match the clutch. Also, they found some issues with the drivetrain hardware. They took it upon themselves to order OEM replacements, for the best interest of the car.
If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work HP techs!response / report this review -

Customer service is NOT their number one priority. Had man tuning issues and always had to pay money for something to be fixed. Every employee I talked to had a different excuse as to what was wrong with my car. The most recent time they had my car, it actually runs worse than it did before. I wouldn't reccomend this shop to anyone. They are horrible with communication and getting back with the customer.
