Very unhappy with these guys. They Charged me $520 to replace a rear whell cylinder, only to find out later that a wheel cylinder is @ $18 and it took them about one hour to fix it!! I guess its my own fault for not knowing more about auto repair but you just wish people wouldn't rip other people off !!

This shop is as dishonest as they come, they offered me a repair on a part that don't even exist on my car!!! I was told the module that's built inside my fan motor was bad so they needed to replace the whole fan assembly for a large sum 💸 the problem with that is there is no module inside the fan & the module is bolted to the exterior of the fan and easily replaced as a stand alone part. Once confronted I was told a fan motor and a module are the same 🙄 so this shop is obviously incompetent and crooked.
Do yourself a favor go elsewhere

Please avoid taking your vehicle here for anything. I don't leave reviews often, but this place left a really bad taste in my mouth

They are most likely pushing unnecessary fluid flushes on customers that don't know any better. They even had a big chart visible in the back office to keep track of how many fluid flushes they sold each month. I should have left as soon as I noticed it.

They installed my new tires incorrectly causing 2 of them to leak air rapidly. I had to return to the shop to have them reinstall them correctly.

They appeared to have changed my oil incorrectly causing oil to leak while the car sat in the driveway. I returned to the shop to have them fix it. They informed me I needed the oil gasket replaced. I told them no and the problem magically resolved itself.

They also tried to push additional unnecessary repairs and maintenance like a 70 dollar cabin air filter (probably a 2 minute job).

Shady business practices like these are the reason people hate taking their car in for maintenance.

Lenny is probably one of two service advisors I have ever actually liked dealing with. No BS they went through my car like it was their own and picked it apart like I wanted. Turns out it needed a new water pump, dropped off 8 am and done before 2pm. Also quotes on all the other work that needs to be done. I'm picky with what shops I deal with and I can tell you I will be returning here for all the work on my truck.

My mom took her car into here about a month ago. Her wiper blades froze up during a rain storm and she was driving with my 7 month old baby girl in the car with her. She works not far from the place and drove right to them, but they were closing up, and she rolled her window down and said she had a baby in the car and no working wiper blades. After that they immediately said they would work on the car for her and I met them up there later. They were so nice and my mom and I were so grateful that they could fix the situation. Great service! I plan to be a customer soon :)

I've gone here 5 times and each time I'm satisfied with the work they do not only are they nice but they are informative as well. You get a detailed report of the work they do and they also make notes of parts that need replacing or looks like they have wear on them while they are doing the work you came in for. I don't mind paying a little extra for a place that treats me right and has even given me rides home from there shop why'll they fix my car thanks for everything you guys do your awesome keep up the good work customer for life

I went in here today to grab a quote on getting plugs and wires for my 05 Chrysler Town and Country. My mechanic only has one bay and is always super busy and cannot get to it for a couple days. So I figured just to see if I could get it done today I'd go get a couple of quotes. These nut jobs said $450! That's $135 more than Midas down the street. And $250 more than my mechanic, who is certified and has always done a great job.

Thanks but no thanks shores car care. I am still LOL!

Thanks so much to the guys at Shores Car Care for going above and beyond to help me tonight. My battery died when I was shopping across the street. It was closing time when I called but they came and gave me a jump. I drove it to their shop and they stayed open to install a new battery. Look into their Care Care Club membership the oil changes alone make it well worth the membership fee !
