  I seem to get rude staff often here. Wait times are barely better than the ER. Once I waited hours and came out of my room to find a half dozen of their staff just standing around talking and doing nothing.

  have been there several times; they are prompt, depends of course if they are busy which patients have to understand; personnel seem nice; what practitioner you get depends upon whom you get; one of my brothers had a terrible experience with one of the doctors; they're best if they send or transport you to a hospital if they suspect anything serious; best advice is to follow up ASAP with your primary physician after visiting one of these facilities. MY REVIEW HERE IS BASED ON AULT CARE. I did not realize this was about the Medical Group Building. I would seek a phsycian who is NOT part of a medical group as large as what's in this Medical Group. Cafeteria style medicine is not my thing. Very difficult to navigate around this building. Staff for most part was indifferent; you could tell by the non-verbals. Again, you have to realize the pressure people in the medical field are under: it's mostly about making $$$ and containing costs. And we all suffer as a result!

  I'm digging the whole scene with the nurse and acumen and quip of Dr. Johnson. It can be tough to leave a voice mail and get a call back quicklybut this portal makes up with efficiency in communication/feedback. Sorry there are a few snowflakes who are self-absorbed about the few minutes they have to view t.v., but mainstream Fox news is fine (they can get their fake news somewhere else). Bravo!

  They lost lab order after registration and we waited an hour before they found it. Then lied about it and said I was next.

  Upon entering the establishment I was forced to sit and listen to Fox News endlessly on the TV so I moved to the door so I could sit in the draft while I'm Ill.
  Why must we the propagandized at every establishment we go to, with the endless drivel of a bunch of sycophantic right wing idiots, Geraldo?,really?, come on Aultman show some professionalism.
  The care was very prompt, courteous and professional, for that I am grateful.

  This facility is nearly impossible to make contact with. It's a continuous barrage of being placed on hold for very long periods of time, just to reach a nurse who than takes a message that is given to your doctor's nurse who than calls you back usually at the end of the day and most of the time misses you and leaves you a voice mail with nothing more than "returning your call, give us a call back"!! Seriously!! Not to mention that the office rooms contain a sign that says if you are ill, we will do our best to get you in. I found that not to be the case either, after missing two days of work due to a symptom I was told by the doctors nurse that the doctor was booked and I couldn't get in until Thursday which would have been two more days!!!! I could go on further regarding bed side manner and patient congeniality from the nurse but plan on handling in a different manner. Good luck if you choose a doctor at this complex, phone tag time 20!

  Never made it to see the doctor during appointment today. Extremely unprofessional and rude nurse. Filling complaint. Absolutely ridiculous to be anything besides the highest level of professionalism in the medical field.
