Such great employees! I had a cancer patient with me who was doing chemo at Cleveland Clinic and they were so helpful! Very peaceful, clean and comfortable accommodations.

The room was very clean and spotless. However new appliances may be needed as the fridge did not stay cold. Also there is a musty humid odor, but it's not that bad. The staff was friendly, family own, and onsite for any issues.

For the price this is a great place to stay and my dog stayed free. The beds were clean and I had a good night's rest. The room included a small refrigerator and microwave. It was overall a good stay for the price and conveniently located close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. There are only two negative things I can say about my stay, the tolet in the room looked like it had not been cleaned in some time and there was trash in the parking lot and in the grassy areas surrounding the building.

The room smelled very musty but was very spacious and clean. We had trouble opening the door because you had to pull the door closed tighter than normal. Out side could be updated. Pictures appears to have a pool but it was in hotel next door for a fee.

I can't find anything to complain here. Check out is at noon - one hour more than most motels/hotels. Prices are a little less than most other locations nice, clean rooms and restrooms.

The room and bathroom were cleaner than I expected for the price. I was traveling alone with 2 of my children and asked for a room in a secure area if possible. They went to the extent of giving me one adjacent to the office for us. That was appreciated! The motel was easy access from the interstate and there was no heavy traffic, so that was a plus too. Access to the motel is shared with the Holiday Inn Express, and that threw me off so I missed the entrance the first time. Overall, good experience though and would stay there again if I'm that way again.

The room was clean and tidy, outside of the room was not, everything needed vacuuming and sweeping, maybe some new paint would help.
Also, no shampoo or conditioner in the room I had to go buy some.response / report this review -

A little small, but had all the amenities. For five extra dollars you can use the pool and things from the hotel in front of this one. Clean for the most part. But for the price it wasn't bad at all.

Check-in was quick, facilities all worked properly. The only thing I could fault was the television station I was watching late in the evening had poor reception (all the others were fine). I can't knock off too much for that.

I like the new format of the rooms with the hard floors and modern look. Much better than the nasty that can hide in motel carpets. The towels were a little thin and rough - time to get some new ones; promise I won't steal them :)
