Best new car buying experience I have had. I used Consumer Reports to establish what a fair price would be and the dealer made me a very reasonable offer. They were easy to deal with over the phone did not go through all the ritual time wasting that other places seem to go in for. My experience was great, but as they say, "your mileage may vary".

Our salesman, Alex Jung, was knowledgeable and patient. He easily took us through all the features and options on the car we were interested in and helped us narrow down color choices with the features we loved. He even moved cars to have two we liked side by side for easy comparison.

We had an appointment for service on a Saturday, so I was expecting a zoo. Upon arrival, the place was PACKED, like I had figured, but service was TOP NOTCH! Tom greeted us quickly and got the paperwork fast. He promised us less than 2 hours, and I was amazed when our car was ready in less than 90 minutes!!! And the facility is always remarkably clean and pristine! The only downside hot cocoa was out of order in the free coffee machine, but free donuts, bagels, and everything else more than make up for it!

Bobby Becker was excellent in helping us purchase our vehicle. Not only was the whole process transparent and honest but there was no hassling or pressure on The Exchange's part. That's rare these days. The finance manager, Pat Gibbs, was able to find an excellent financing rate, too..better than any of the local credit unions/banks. Thanks guys!

Very happy with my experience at Audi Exchange! John Hinojosa was great to work with and answered all my questions. He was straight forward and helped me get, what I believe is, the most for my money. Guy in finance was also friendly. I felt this was the fasted car transaction we have been through. Dealership was clean and had a nice assortment of snacks to hold you over. Oh yeah, the cars are great, too. Thanks John!!!

I've purchased two vehicles from this dealer. First was my personal S4 in 2014, was very easy going process with a same day test drive and purchase. Can't remember my sales rep name but he was great. Second purchase was April 2016 we bought my mom the new 2017 Q7. Was a tricky process because the cars were on such high demand we had to search high and low for the perfect one, but our sales rep was Octavio and he was amazing in regards to constant communication even outside of business hours. We ended up purchasing a Q7 a week later than we wanted but was worth it. Octavio even stayed in contact after purchase to make sure everything was perfect. Service has always been great. Only complaint is that our Q7 is making a constant annoying squeak when we brake but have been told it's normal for high performance brakes.. but I own a S4 with high performance brakes and haven't had that issue at all.

He never tried to push me in any direction while giving me all the information that I needed to make my purchasing decision. Audi Exchange is a professional and pleasant place to visit. They treat you like family, and once you get a car from them, they continue to provide excellent service and follow-up. From the managing team to the sales consultants and the service staff, my experiences have been very positive.
Matt Colrain helped me get my car and he was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. He worked hard to fulfill my requirements, and had a positive attitude throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was shopping for an Audi Q7, and there were not many to choose from in my area, so my boyfriend and I drove down from the Milwaukee area to look at the Exchange. Not only did they have dozens of Q7s to choose from, they had the exact configuration I was looking for.

Our salesman John H. was friendly and professional as he showed us all the features of the car. He patiently answered all of out questions, and made the buying process smooth and easy. Shawn (the finance guy) went over all the paperwork in a careful manner, making sure I understood everything. When the papers were signed and the keys handed over to me, Dimitri (?) spent a long time with us going over all the settings and features in the car, helping us to customize our beautiful new Q7.

I can't say enough good things about Audi Exchange. When I'm in the market for a new Audi, I'll be sure to make the 90 minute trip down, just for the selection and the way we were treated.

Excellent, went to get battery's changed for my keys and set up an appointment for the recall. They were able to do both right then and there. I waited 1hour and didn't owe anything. The people are always ready and willing to help every time I have come for help. They even washed and cleaned my car without me asking and it needed it. The Audi Exchange in Highland Park takes care of there people and cars. I highly recommend anyone to buy an Audi from them. I have only had good experiences with their service department!!!

An exceptional car buying experience. Every employee that I encountered from the person who greeted me as I walked in to the service associate that I chatted with while waiting for the car to be brought around to the business manager was pleasant and accommodating. The sales associate, Alex Jung, was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to my inquiries and above all efficient. I have dealt with other Audi dealerships and most are good but this group is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience.
