i just got a 2015 Kia Sorento about 3 weeks ago. i finally got to drive it in the snow. My Kia had not problem going over a heavily cover snowed roads. It has a fantastic turning ratio. Plus I have the down hill assist. This lets the car go at a safe speed down the Hill or road. Therefore, I felt really safe getting to where i need to go. So you should go test drive a new Kia Sorento.
Don't bother with their service department. They lack customer service and certainly don't put the customer first. They're clearly looking to make a sales quota, which means they're not looking out for you. Take your vehicle to Lynchburg or Christiansburg.
Car I wanted to look at was already sold despite email from Greg Hart saying to come look at it only 1 hour before I arrived.
Hart was an awesome experience! This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them, they are soooo very helpful, and go out their way to make sure you are satisfied with your new vehicle!
Great Customer Service. Great Prices. Great Combination !!!
Highly Recommend : )

Service department will not want to deal with your vehicle. I've had issues with a brand new Sorento making unexplained noises, hard shifting, and not wanting to start. At first, they were very willing to look at it after I had no success with another dealership. After that, I tried several times over a course of 2 months to get them to get my car back in to look for the problems - I have been avoided, transferred and hung up on and told each time "we're too busy this week maybe next week". They must have caller ID because after being on hold then transferred and hung up on, if you call back they won't answer. If you buy a Kia and have vehicle issues, beware that you will have a lot of trouble getting it worked on with warranty. My vehicle has something severely wrong with it and it's very evident but service refuses to look at it because they know it will be an involved process. I can't blame the vehicle for its problems, I blame the service departments for not wanting to honor servicing the vehicles under warranty. I've even opened a case with Kia to no avail. So if you need anything other than a simple oil change, I suggest you think hard about the dealership you buy from because everything is fine until you come back to them with a problem.
If you need service you absolutely MUST see Jenny Hodges at Hart Kia! You'll get the best service in town!
It took a little longer than we would have liked to get our vehicle back, but overall I don't have any complains otherwise. Our vehicle looks great and we were kept up to date through the whole process.
Great service and sales. Super friendly staff ready to serve all your sales and service needs
I've been using Hart for many years for both regular maintenance and repairs. Always friendly service and the repairs are very reasonably priced.
I am very well researched when it comes to shopping for cars, so I know what's a deal and what isn't. Not only are their cars overpriced, but the staff is very unprofessional and rude. My boobs got much more attention than me.
The service department is horrible to much to type and don't want to waste anymore of my time talking about the incompetence of that place. The car has not been the issue I have had it for 10 years and it has been a good SUV. The hart Kia service is horrible and I will be calling the BBB and the Kia corporate office. Don't service it there unless it's free and even then drive the extra miles to go somewhere else.
