I have had 3 cars from Drive a Waymy parents, brother, and many friends have purchased cars from. them. Yes they sell older carsand yes from time to time things need to be fixed and they are prepared for that--this is the reason i keep buying from them they have a service plan where you can get your car fixed and only pay $40/ month on your shop billin addition to this they also are willing to give you a Loner car so your life doesnt have to stop while your car is being fixed. The down payment and monthly payments are reasonable with no credit check and if you have a set back as long as you let them know whats going on they are willing to work with you about paymentsyou will not find this in any other car dealership.

As a grandmother on a fixed income raising a grandchild and taking care of a disabled daughter, if it were not for the gang at Drive Away cars I would not have the reliable and nice transportation I have. The credit provided for repairs has been a life saver. I have always been treated honestly and fairly with great customer service.

My friend bought a 2002 grand caravan bigest piece of junk I have ever seen it aways has something mess up and they fix it it would be done if it acutely fixed the problem but we get it back and still same problem when they did it they replace the part with another junk part and charge you for a new part and labor and sometimes they don't replace the part that say nothing is wrong with it dont but from them they but junk to sale for a premium if someone pays 4 hard working grand for a vehicle I expect it to be atleast halfway decent bottom line they are a rip off

Most people don't get online and look up a company to write a good review. They are looking to vent. That's why you see negative reviews. I happened to be looking up their address to mail my payment and saw they don't have many positive reviews here. So I thought they could use a good review.

I have purchased 6 vehicles (maybe more?) from this company since 2006. Why so many? Well the first two were totaled, and three of them are still titled in my name and on the road. One of the six vehicles I have gotten from them had major mechanical issues, years after I purchased it. Where's that vehicle now? Drive Away traded it back in for me, after is was paid off, and gave me more than a junk yard would ever consider giving me for it. Sure the other vehicles have had work done to them, but they are used vehicles - it happens! So as far as quality, I would say that's a pretty good track record. Any used vehicle has a risk of mechanical issues. Don't blame the used car dealership because of an issue they couldn't have possibly foreseen. Sure their prices are a little high but you're asking them to hand you the keys to a vehicle without using your credit against you.

As for repossessions and customer service, I can attest from years of personal experience with them that if you TRY to make your payments they will work with you. If you don't try to make your payments, yes they will repossess your car. How could they stay in business if they let everyone go months without making payments? Jessica is amazing and so is Kevin & Mark. If you had a problem with customer service there, perhaps you should ask yourself if you checked your attitude at the door? I have always been welcomed with a smile in their office, even when I have been late on my payments.

BTW - When's the next free car give away??? I need to add another of your cars to my collection :-)
