For the price point, it's definitely a full 5 stars. The room was spacious and spotless. The employees very friendly and helpful. Caveat: ask for a room without an adjoining room. The fire doors do little to block sound from the next room. Three of our four nights were very quiet, but on the last night we had neighbors. No blame to our neighbors or the staff here, but we could hear the TV through the fire door even at low volume.

Clean, warm, safe, and convenient. It didn't have much in the way of amenities, but it had what we needed: a place to rest on our journey to Buffalo.

Staff is terrible
My issue is she over charged me I booked and paid on price line when I got there she had a whole different charge for me the WiFi haven't worked I've stayed at the hotel 2different occasions the WiFi never worked the phone does not dial out to even local calls my room was freezing shr did give ne extra blankets I found already used soaps in the bathroom I called front desk for 2 hrs no answer all I needed was extra pillows she told me she was taking her daughter back to college Aldo we are told we get free breakfast I was only offered coffee there was no hot water when I woke up I had to wait at least 30 min this hotel is convient but I'd rather drive to bativia & stay in the Holiday inn like I've done before
Not satisfied I gave it a second chance and in still unhappyresponse / report this review
