I have nothing but wonderful experiences at this facility. I've gone to so many different places and I love the consistency and quality of care that I receive each and every time that I come in. I have now made this the only nail facility that I go to. I've not found the women or men to be rude- shy yes, but never rude. If I want to talk they're very friendly- if I'm tired and want to relax they always respect that. I will say that I've had better work done by some versus others and try to stay with the same techs. I love this business and now go here every few weeks to get a fill and a pedicure- I find it a great way to relax!!

JustDon't!! There are way too many nail places to go to. Staff is Rude. One guy in there picks up the brush like it's the 1st time he's ever seen it. Then when asked why you don't like your nails, they treat you horribly!! Better off elsewhere!!

This place smells so bad in the back of the salon, I felt nauseous trying to pick my color. It smells like a pet store that needs to be cleaned. Also, I went back for a fix because my nails looked awful. The lady cut me 3 Times, nails were crooked on several different ones, there was a hair baked into the polish, and a nail was chipped off. They wanted to charge more money, even though I came back to them for their own screw up. They were beyond rude, NEVER GOING BACK!!

Nails lifted 3 days after getting them done and due to the hurricane irma i wasn't able to come in because the stores were all closed. When I went in they had me speak to the woman who did my nails and she was really rude and instead of trying to help me she was trying to make an excuse to why my nails look like they looked. I explained that I had originally got my nails done 3 weeks prior and my nails lasted 3 weeks her response was everyone is different too bad basically so I decided to speak to a manager .she came up to me with a horrible attitude looked at my hands and waved me away and told me to get out that my nails were fine and didn't really look at them like she should have. needless to say they didn't help so I had to call my bank. And the worst part was that I was not rude at all talking to them! nasty people!

You have no idea how many nail salons I went to before I finally found this one. They have all my very picky requirements.. They have the plastic bag in the water on the massage chair, brand new tools for every use, very clean/sanitized. They have TVs everywhere on mute to watch, they served me red wine, the massage chairs are spread out in two rows and not crammed, the massage chairs are leather and they have many settings for tapping /kneading for full back or not which is a huge deal for me, they used the razor thing without me asking to get off the corns on my feet from sandals (alot of places won't do it or won't even ask), it's decorated nicely and spacious, there's soft popular but calming music on, the techs were very accommodating, I prefer Asian techs.. I'd literally walk out if it weren't Asian techs.. They did a great job on my French nails.. The cost was a bit high but I asked for that bc I wanted the wine and that's included in the deluxe but my boyfriend got the traditional which was $22 and not rushed. I finally found my new nail salon. Thank you. I'll be back. (Nobody asked me to write this.. I'm typing it while my nails dry.)

They are polite and letting me sit in silence was appreciated. I really don't like to be forced into conversing. My pedicure looks good and feels great. The hot stone massage felt good 😊

Don't go here!!! Horrible experience. Don't get a pedicure from them. My feet has been peeling since!! First and last time. No manager available to talk too. I see why they have low ratings.. This place sucks

The worst nail place I have ever been to, my nails usually stay on like a month and mine broke a day after i got them done and they all keep coming off. Worst place ever highly recommend that you don't waste your miney here 😂

I went to this salon for the first time one week ago. It was a nice experience and the people there were awesome. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. I've had the gel manicure in the past at other salons and it has lasted 2+ weeks. It's only been 1 week and they are already peeling and chipping. I will not be going back.
