The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is updated. This place is conveniently located to 285/85/75 and the community is well kept. The management is always available to address concerns.

Love this Community! I have lived here almost 2 years and I absolutely adore it. The maintenance is kept up and the management is always responsive to issues and concerns. This a great place to live and I highly recommend it.

Ashford at Stoneridge has come a long way! I remember going there years ago. It was nice back than and still is. I came up there with and attended the meet and greet they had. It was really nice and I appreciate the efforts taken by the new staff. Jacqueline as well as Dawn were extremely nice. Im looking forward to the change.

I really had a hard time finding somewhere in the area that was nice and I'm glad I ran across Ashford. I haven't moved in yet but I will this week. I absolutely love allana. She is sweet and consistent, and helpful. We are looking forward to our move in soon.

I reported in 4/25 that my apt has mold. The maintenance man came to clean the mold and paint over it in which it came back through. I had to ask to move out the apt due to getting sick from the mold. The property manager won't move me out because I won't sign a new lease so I was told on May 9 that my lease was being terminated on May 31. The mold continues to grow in my apt. I've been a tenant over a year. I originally turned in my 60 day notice and only stayed because the issues I reported of bad kids in the neighborhood would be handled. Which it has not. They don't have security patrol anymore so the kids out here have free reign.. Kids pull the firealarms almost everyday. I live beside the park. They shut off the breakers to the apts. They vandalized the pool and now you can't even use the pool. The kids play in the street and won't move. Wishing I kept my original plan.

Alyanna was very professional. She is a true SUPER STAR As a Secret Shopper I really do not see Leasing Agent's as professional, and claim as Alyanna was THAT with her work load heavy as it was. I had an excellent experience at Ashford at StoneRidge earlier this week. I entered the property and a young lady stood up and introduced herself by the name of Alyanna. The office was full of individuals seeking to view the model, we toured the property, and the model. She answered each person question effectively and asked if we had any questions or concern's for her. Alyanna leadership stood out, she worked hard to support the development of an effective working environment. EXCELLENT JOB AIYANNA!! JOB WELL DONE!!! Secret Shopper ATL

The good: my apartment is spacious, never had any issues with anyone out here. Always felt safe. The complex has pool parties and movie nights. Courtesy officers watch the property and cops also live on property. The bad: My apartment has been roach and ant infested since the day we moved in. So bad that for the past year we have had to live out of boxes and bins because the kitchen is overflowing with them and their feces in the cabinets. We've bombed the apartment, sprayed, had pest control come out and nothing works. My fridge is now crawling with roaches. They came out to swap refrigerators with a non working one which I will be back up to the office to discuss. I've made numerous reports about the issues and called in regards to it but they switch staff like they switch underwear and lack of communication between office staff and management is ridiculous so "nobody is aware of anything". Since "all calls are recorded" I've asked them to pull all my calls but "it's too much work so they won't do it" The manager Rachel is extremely unprofessional. You have a better chance communicating with a caged monkey. Overpriced for non upgraded apartments. I've already reported my apartment to code enforcement which apparently is a "threat" when mentioned to Rachel due to roaches being in my fridge crawling on my food. Oh well. I'll let them handle this unsanitary
condition.
Update: the maintenance man came out to switch my fridge in a timely matter. Within 2 hours I had a working fridge.response / report this review -

Alana is very sweet, and very kind hearted. She went over and beyond to help me and my family. If you rent from here please ask for her because she phenomenal and very patient and great at what she does. I can't really thank her enough . Alana it was a pleasure working with you .
