Ask anybody! I just stay coregeal and professional and keep my distance from staff, they will try to get you out of character and blame you! The only one I trust is Torre. The end

Maintenance man Gregory Hill is the absolute worst. Does not care, answer phone or emergency calls. Will not fix your problem, I don't understand why is he still employed. Don't Rent here, go somewhere where they care.

The children Thati live there are delinquents. There are rival gangs that patrol the streets at night, looking for trouble. It's the kind of place that makes you run from your car to your apartment door

My husband and I moved into this community a yr ago and it was nice and clean and the management was very attentive and professional. A week after we moved in new management took over and the apartment complex went downhill from that point. They took away security, we have no access to none of the amenities, like the laundry room, the gym, or the pool even the past summer they did not open the pool at all and until this point no tenants can access any of the amenities. The kids in this neighborhood are horrible and unruly kids very destructive and nothing is done about it through the management company. They kicking down doors, and turning off tenants power because there is no covers or locks on the power boxes.. Also my husband and I have put numerous of orders in since March about our air conditioner that has stop working and nothing has been done. As of now we are still without air or heat and also the small floor unit they gave us has blown out all the power in our family room and they can't seem to fix that either the maintenance crew has no clue to what they are doing or how to fix anything but basic stuff like unclog a toilet etc. The management team have not so nice attitudes and they seem to not care about their tenants or our comfort while living in this community it is not a very nice Apartment complex to live in I do recommend that if you are looking for somewhere clean and professional for your family to stay in this community is not at all it find somewhere else

These apartments has roaches the first year I lived here they sprayed every other week as I was directed that still didn't work. When I complained they wouldn't allow me to speak with front office manager kept making excuses then all of a sudden the got stop coming to spray because I was irate about the bugs the front office start being petty taking me off the list to get apt sprayed after that it was all down hill and yes I moved 2 months before lease was up that's how bad it was

THESE APARTMENTS SUCK ASS MY DISHWASHER DOESNT WORK MY CELING WAS LEAKING THE FRONT OFFICE DONT GIVE A RATS ASS ABOUT NOTHING THEY SHOW U A NICE BEAUTIFUL LAYOUT AND IT DOESNT BE WHAT THEY SHOWED YOU LOUD ASS KIDS AND NEIGHBORDS THIS I WILL NEVER TELL ANYBODY TO LIVE IN THESE TRASH ASS APARTMENTS U BETTER OFF TAKING YOUR FAMILY AND MONEY ELSEWHERE

Management is very incompetent! Unreliable. I moved in August and here it is December and maintenence is just now fixing my request. The infomation provided when I inquired about the apartment is nothing like what I was told. UPS won't even deliver here due to their workers being robbed at gunpoint, no notice was given not to use UPS I had to find out through management at UPS. My home did not pass code to keep my foster kids and I was hit with all kinds of fees unnecessarily. This is no place for kids and you nothing you see in the pictures.
