We have been very happy with their service. My property manager Lynn is always on the top of her job and is very responsive to our inquries. We got our rent and statement very quiickly after due date. When it comes to maintaincence issues, All County will find a few competitive quotes so we can save time and concentrate on our day jobs. When selecting a place to rent, I've learned that the landlord/management company is as important as location, price and the home itself. I selected my last rental because of All County. I rented during the height of the "stay at home" order and they bent over backwards to make me feel safe and provide the access and services I needed to feel confident in the house. This included allowing me in to the property on a Sunday evening, with very limited notice.

Since renting, All County has continually reinforced my decision. The the responsiveness and professionalism that Lori, Lynn and the rest of the All County team offer has made me feel like they are not only working for the owner, but working to make sure that my needs are considered and balanced in the conversations.

I would recommend All County as a property management company and to any prospective renters.

Really doesn't get better than that. :)

I can not speak for all property management teams because I have heard horror stories BUT All County Property Management North Metro have been phenomenal every since processing my application which was almost four years ago!!! Awesome team, friendly, responsive, understanding, and will get things done on your behalf immediately!! The staff is professional and their customer service has remained consistently impeccable! Working in the customer service industry that is HUGE for me! They definitely give you a different perspective on property management companies! Lynn, Shonda, and Justin set the bar HIGH for property management staff!! I recommend this crew hands down! Not one bad experience!!!!

In evaluating four different companies, we quickly noticed two facts about All County:

1. They were extremely courteous and professional, and were not pushy at all during their walkthrough. Whereas other companies we interviewed were either too pushy, or not interested at all, Dave and his team answered our questions patiently and treated us as they might have a much larger customer (we were simply looking to rent out a single home as we were moving out of town). You typically don't know a company until you work with them over time, but at the outset, they certainly projected a comfort level and competence which made us feel good about going with them.

2. Subsequently, their level of response has been terrific. We have been customers for two years now, and not a single item has fallen through the cracks. Our biggest consideration in contracting a management company was the level of service both we and our tenants would receive. By all accounts, they have been on top of every bit of communication, maintenance concern, and even provide an incredibly thorough and detailed year-end report on the state of the property.

Overall, we have a high level of expectation regarding customer service, and All County is one of the best vendors with whom we have ever worked . Working with Dave, Lynn, Teri, and the rest of the team is a pleasure - you will be happy you went with them.

All county made the journey into my first real estate investment feel like a breeze!!! The team is super efficient, responsive and professional. With my busy professional and personal life, I could not have done it without their amazing services. They bring quality tenants, vet them, and handle any issue with great care and transparency. All work orders are submitted for me to review prior to any work being done and for important work, they make sure multiple offers are submitted. All in all great value and I would absolutely recommend them for any real estate need!!!

I called Dave this morning for something that didn't pertain to residential property management and he was extremely helpful. He took time out of his day to talk with me and give me advise. Dave I really do appreciate it. If you want someone honest and will take the time to make sure you're satisfied, I highly recommend All County North Metro.

I am the Property Manager at Georgia's largest HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical company. Lori, Dave, Shonda, Marlena and Lynn at All County North Metro are very detail oriented and always provide all of the information my assistant and I need to schedule service appointments for their residents quickly and accurately. All County North Metro is an excellent company to work with. They also pay in a timely fashion!

IS THERE A WAY TO GIVE ZERO STARS? DON'T DO IT. IF YOU'RE A RENTER THEY WILL FIGURE OUT A WAY TO TAKE EVERY PENNY OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. IF YOU'RE AN OWNER, THEY WON'T COMMUNICATE PROPERLY AND THEY DON'T SCREEN PROPERLY. THE MOST UNETHICAL CROOKS ON THE MAP!

Phenomenal. I was referred to All County through my company's Real Estate Services team. I had been working with another company and there was absolutely no comparison. The staff from leadership to support is amazingly helpful and they all take pride in their work. They are quick to respond, and I must say, after renting my property for ten years, they are a big reason that it was kept so well. ACPM comes HIGHLY recommended!
