Grateful for Evergreen for taking such great care of us residents!
They are all continuously going above and beyond providing great service with a friendly face. I have only seen great improvements and a much better community to want to reside in since the new management came into place last year. I've gotten to know Taylor this past year from coming into the office quite a bit and she has always been so friendly, helpful and caring. Always going out of her way to assist! Martha has always been super sweet and helpful as well! Another shout out to Andreco and Jerry with the maintenance team. They have been so kind and prompt to assist with anything we have ever needed fixed. Andreco was super helpful coming in on a day the office was closed so I could retrieve an important package I needed for the following day, Sunday. All the new faces I don't quite know yet have been awesome so far too. It's nice to see a team that genuinely cares for it's residents and I see a lot of great things to come for Evergreen.

Evergreen is such a great place to live. It has wonderful amentities such a pool, tennis courts and a car wash station. I also really enjoy the valet trash service. The best part is the location - walkable and near a lot of great things!

Management needs work. We were promised a different apartment from the one that was given to us and waited 3 extra weeks to move in because we were under the impression that not only were we getting a more upgraded apartment but that we would be in a more secluded part of the apartment complex. They did not specify that the apartment they showed us would be completely different from the one we moved into. The actual apartment is decent and location is good but management's communication could definitely be improved. Since then, I've experienced a further lack of communication (ignored emails and questions) and have only been contacted when its convenient for the employees or regarding an issue. The actual maintenance employees are very helpful and kind and have gone to lengths of coming after hours to fix broken AC units.

Great location. The apartments and the property seem more of a neighborhood than apartments. I like the homey feel and the floor plans are very spacious. Ladies in the office are very helpful and honestly determined whether or not we would be moving into the property. Looking forward to making this my home for the next few years for sure.

Evergreen at Lenox RAM property and management team are very accommodating. Not only is the property in the prime area of Lenox it is also close to great resturants, parks and ideal for the young at heart. Need a break from the everyday hustle and bustle of life relax at this location that is surrounded by a beautiful tranquil park and plenty of quiet areas to connect to nature.

Awesome location and amenities. Spacious floor plans and very friendly office and maintenance staff. For the complex to be built in the 90s, it definitely shows well and the apartments are nice. I just recently leased here and look forward to calling it home.

This apartment community has awesome amenities and I love the pet park too. Nice to let my pups run around without having to go far. My apartment is very spacious.

Just recently moved to Atlanta & always wanted to live in the Buckhead area. It's an easy commute and in the community I've already made some great neighbors/friends. The staff is friendly & are always having activities for my dogs, which I love. Highly recommended!

Really nice property w upscale amenities and a great central location! I have lived here for almost a year and have seen property management change a cpl times. All I can say is RAM is awesome! When their management team took over the property a few months ago, I noticed an immediate change in the level of service as well as property maintenance.
Taylor, Martha, and Brittany are rock stars! Their friendly, personable, inviting demeanor makes living at Evergreen Lenox Park even more enjoyable!
The top-notch management, knowledgeable leasing staff, and hard-working, timely maintenance guys provide 1st class service that sets this apartment complex apart from the competition!
I recommend this property to ANYONE looking to move to the exclusive Brookhaven neighborhood.

I've lived at other RAM properties before and have really enjoyed my stay. I recently heard that RAM took over this property, and had to move in because the location is right near my job. I have loved it the amenities are great and the staff is even greater, they have been nothing but help. Glad to stay with RAM.

Great location. Walking distance to MARTA and Lenox Park. Quick access to GA400 and other parts of Buckhead. New management since Dec has really started to turn the complex around. Taylor and the rest of the new staff are much more responsive and engaged with residents than the previous management company. Tennis court with lights is a plus.

Great location. Very close to Buckhead and MARTA. I am moving from Midtown and I'm really looking forward to a change of scenery. The complex is very quiet and homey. The floor plans are very spacious and the new upgrades make the apartments look more updated. I'm looking forward to moving in.
